I'm going to leave my older review at the bottom of this as I feel it represents a time I was happy with Webb's as I feel the whole dynamic and feel of the Webb's atmosphere has changed recently. New Review: We've been regular customers, and while we understand that price increases are a reality for businesses, we're disappointed by the recent changes. The removal of the single-scoop option, coupled with increased portion sizes, is particularly concerning for our family. We try to be mindful of our ice cream consumption, and the larger portions now make it difficult for us to justify our visits.
Older review: My family loves Web's,! My kids especially love the attention to detail that the employees provide by putting smiley faces on their scoops of ice cream and the color changing spoons. Also the fact that kids can get a scoop of ice cream for a dollar is a heck of a deal! I love the banana ice cream and the birthday cake ice cream those are awesome! We always put a tip in the tip jar because the service is excellent and the ice cream is amazing. Also if possible in the future I'd like to see Webs accepted debit cards and maybe try to improve parking somehow. Anyways keep up the good work Web's...
Read moreI can not praise this amazing ice cream shop enough! I Love, LOve, LOVe, LOVE this place! The staff is so sweet and so nice! The scoops are only a dollar (dollar per scoop) and are a generous size. The flavors are incredible. I've had almost every flavor and they are all great.
This month they have blueberry lemon cake and it is divine. The flavor is so unexpected and the texture is almost like a custard. So good!
They are even serving non dairy ice cream. I have to tell you I've tried tons of non dairy ice creams from the grocery store and from other shops and this non dairy ice is top notch! Chef kisses all around! Seriously try it you won't even miss the dairy. I've tried the chocolate and it was so smooth and chocolaty. The cookie and cream is also very delightful. I can't wait to go back and try the other flavors they have.
If you are in Hubbard or just passing by this place it worth...
Read moreI’ve always loved supporting Webb’s — it’s been my favorite local spot in town for years. Unfortunately, with the recent changes to the pricing and portion sizes, we won’t be returning. My usual sundae is not only noticeably smaller, but the price has gone up significantly. Charging $6–8 for a cone while still being cash-only just isn’t reasonable.
A visit would cost nearly $30 for ice cream for a family of five ( godforbid you took a sports team there to celebrate) and at that point, we’ll make the drive to Handel’s instead. The staff — especially the young girls working there — are always friendly and great, but these pricing changes are likely to hurt...
