Horrible customer service. The waitress asked if it was our first time there, and we told her yes, it is. We went for my husbands birthday. The only time the waitress came to our table was to take our order, bring our drinks, and then our food. I asked for ice water and got water with no ice. It took quite a while to bring our food once we ordered. Had to ask for a refill of my 'ice water' when our food was brought out, and about 5 minutes later she brought another cup of water, again no ice. My meal was supposed to come with some tortillas. After she brought everyone's food, she said to me, "I will be right back with your tortillas". She must have went on a break or something bwcause we didnt see her anymore after that until about 5 minutes after everyone was done eating. The food was average at best. They don't even have handmade tortillas there. The waitress finally reappeared- only to bring us our bill. When I mentioned to her that she never brought my tortillas, she said oh my god, let me go get them right now. Really?? To that I replied dont bother, we're already done eating, and ready to leave. Most restaurants give you some kind of compensation when they mess up. They will comp your meal, offer a gift card or a free meal on your next visit - hoping that you will come back again. I went with my family, which was 3 of us. Wife .. daughter and myself. Both my wife and I had a dinner plate’s that showed price to be $18 each.. for my daughter we got her a side of rice and beans $7.50 ... also appetizer of agua chile which was also $18. My wife order a can soda and I had a michelada. When I got my bill, I was very surprised to see it at $96! I was calm and didn’t bother to pay it. I went outside to leave and my wife noticed it wasn’t right to pay that much and to find out why it was so much... I went back in to ask for an explanation and she went over what I had order and on bottom of the notepad where the lady wrote our order had added 2 popsicles. Which I never order but not only that that lady didn’t even explain why it was so much and offer to give me $5 back... I will never return to this place and if you see other reviews, it’s not the first time they do this.. please save your money and go...

We got there and they took a long time to sit us down but we really didn’t mind because we were looking forward to trying their food out, but we were really disappointed. First my husband wanted to order and they said that they could not serve him that item because it would take a long time {mind you that we got there at 8:20). Then we got asada and it was so horrible my daughter couldn’t even eat it, we complained about it and we got told that asada was not their specialty and that it was only $18 and not $30 like at other places, why did she have to make that comment ??? Then we got fries for our toddlers ( 2 & 1 years old) and they had crab feet and fish tails mixed in them and they’re excuse was that they fry everything in the same oil. Every item we got was not pleasant to eat. Save yourself your money and go to the food trailer next to them wish we would of done that....
