I literally just got home from getting my food through the drive thru at 7508 Brandt Pike Huber Heights location(1506171). Order ID: 31176072900673 DT#65 I’ll leave the employee’s name out of this review. This location has a DISCONNECTED PHONE NUMBER on the receipt. Tried the online number and no luck there either! I ordered 1 super star combo with only lettuce, onion, tomato and cheese on it, no sauces. We did not get that expensive meal in our bags!! I also ordered 2 big hot ham & cheese combos. We got THREE big hot ham & cheese combos! We WILL be going back to that store tonight! I want my money back for what I did NOT get!! EDIT: the extra ham and cheese sandwich we got didn’t even come with the drink they put on my receipt. I wondered why we got FOUR fries, THREE sandwiches and THREE drinks! I only ordered 3 meals in the first place and didn’t get their almost $14 meal!!!!
EDIT 2: I DID go back and get my money back last night. I was not happy and I told the manager that and he was nice and gave me my money back. I was not rude, he was not rude, no one was rude. I told him about the numbers not working for that store as well. The manager said he did not recognize the number on the receipt. I don’t know what to tell him about that other than talk to your general manager about that and the online number I found that will hang up on the customers after saying you all are busy.
My sandwich was STILL sitting under their heat lamp over an hour later all bagged up and I know they probably can’t but I wish they would not let it go to waste like most places. I’d rather workers get to take food home to their families when there is a mishap. I didn’t want it, I just wanted my money back.
Everyone was nice, the outside of the store and property looked great and then when I went back the inside looked great and clean, it’s just that when we go to Hardee’s(not often) they get the order wrong and it tends to take a long time to get the food. Now, it did not take that long to get the food, it was just wrong. The girl that took my order (not naming her or anyone else because that’s really unnecessary and rude) was new and I told her she was doing a great job…. because I thought she was. Although there was a mistake people still need encouragement ESPECIALLY when they are new. I’m new at my job as well. Keep going! You’re gonna get it, I promise! One day you’ll be pressin’ those buttons on the cash register blindly because you will know everything so well! Keep learning and pressin’ on!
Ummmmm, please get this store a...
Read moreI ordered two breakfast burritos. They must have been out of hash browns because they decided to substitute the crispy hash browns with soggy french fries. They didn't bother to disclose that.
I found out after getting back home in time for my work meeting.
Took one bite and was not happy with whatever that abomination was. Put them in the fridge, as I had a busy day and didn't have the time to go back to the store.
Went back the next morning to see if they could just remake them. The associate manning the drive-thru informed me that they could not make the burritos again per direction of management, and because I had ordered them the day before. Uh, okay?
So then I asked for a refund. He told me that he couldn't provide a refund because I "didn't have the original, you probably already ate the food."
Excuse me?
I then asked for a manager and he specified that the manager was present and inside the store. So I went in after returning home to grab the physical receipt because for whatever reason their back end authentication server was having issues fetching my profile for the mobile order receipt.
I went inside and said "Are you the gentleman I spoke with at the drive-thru regarding this burrito order?" To which he promptly confirmed.
I provided the bag and the receipt happily. He reviewed the order and then notified a manager and the manager promptly gave me a refund.
I really wanted to give this, clearly challenged individual, a lesson in professional communication and customer service, but it was obvious to me that it wouldn't have registered.
Neither for him, or for whomever decided it was okay to substitute product and not inform the customer?
Whole establishment sucks, quite honestly. I've given them more than enough chances to push out a decent product, but that is beyond the capabilities of this particular store and it's...
