I never leave reviews and try to be understanding but I just felt like I had to for this place! We went here twice within four days and both times our order was wildly wrong and almost inedible. The first night, the ordering process was approximately 20 minutes (mostly waiting for the operator). The operator explained that they are under staffed and training new people. We got home with our order and not only did we have extra food in the bag (not typically a reason to complain imo), but the food we actually ordered was wrong as well as the sauces we paid for.
The second night, we did a mobile order and pulled up to the stall to check in. 30 minutes went by with no sign of the order as well as no luck trying to call the store. Once we got someone on the phone, I politely asked if we could have a status on our mobile order (I've worked at Sonic before and understand it can be hectic). The first thing the person responded with was "well I've been running around all night. What's your order? I told them my order as well as the stall I was in (confirmed and checked in on the app). She told me that she didn't see anyone checked in for my order and that she would "try to look for it" and then promptly hung up. Once again I tried to be patient because I understand. Once we got home, every single item in our order was wrong (toppings, smaller sizes than what we paid for, etc). The grilled cheese we ordered was green on the inside. My last straw was when I tried to take a drink of my tea only to find that it was unsweet tea and when I took the lid off to add sweetener, there were things floating in my tea. If you value your time, money, and health do not go to Huber Heights Sonic. I will definitely not be recommending this place as it felt like the employees genuinely could not care less if the stall collapsed on my car and squished me much less about the quality and safety of the food I bought.

Well the speed of service has dramatically improved but the QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE. Order medium Sonic Snicker blast I received a cup full of soft serve cream. SEE PICS. BTW I ate to small pieces of snickers that was on top...small.

Slowest Sonic Drive Inn in the United States. This true of this location on every visit I make there. About 4 times a month for 1 year.
I would like to thank the owner for replying. I will be going to SONIC tonight some time to see if the same service exist. I'm not expecting an immediate change, but I'm HUGE FAN of Sonic's if the service improved your profit line would too.

Back again...it was a little slow start especially since I was the only car or customer including the drive through window. New update display screens at each stall is very nice I'm using stall #13 at 2:38 PM on 16 May 2019. Order a #7 and a sonic blast.
One drive through custom ordered after me has left. Another drive through custom has left and still my order hasn't come yet. There another drive through custom and will they get their food before me? The display said my car hop and she came out alright at 2:52 pm. The card reader did not work. The food looks great and smells great too. She ran the card reader inside . I gave a cash tip and headed out.

   Read moreIF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD, BAD EXPERIENCE!!! My boyfriend and I were out furniture shopping when we decided to stop for a bite to eat. We pulled up to the drive-in boards, pressed the button, and were told they do not do this service that they only do the drive-thru. How is it a drive-in if they are only running drive-thru. So we proceeded to drive thru, placed our order waited a long time for our order. Parked in the patio parking area, realized our order was messed up. He ordered the NEW Super Sonic cheese burger ... which he didn't get, our burgers were loaded with so much grease. Mine was burnt n no bacon on my bacon burger. Ordered a Cherry-limeaide... which he tossed cause it was poorly made. Compared to Sonics in the South, this was a very bad experience, Sonic needs to step in and fix their problems in Ohio. This is the second Sonic I been to here, and both were only running drive-thru ... being Sonic is known for its drive-in ... this is sadly very disappointing. I will never go to another Sonics here again. Hopefully, instead of them saying reach out to the regional manager, the franchise will step up n solve...
