Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Huber Heights

In the past few months I have heard multiple complaints about this location, but I’m the type of person that if it has not happened to me, I will still give a place a chance. At 1:30 PM 9-6-24 I entered the store and the televisions which have the menu on them were not turned on. Once the young lady With black lipstick and black long hair finally came to the front after about three minutes of waiting She had a very upset look on her face. After waiting for her to say, may I help you which she never did I decided to Just start speaking to her anyway. I asked her what type of salads did they have because the menu was not working on the television. She slowly and sarcastically while rolling her eyes pointed to a paper menu to the far side of the counter as to insinuate i was slow for not realizing The menu was there. I asked her was she OK? She frown at me exhaled loudly and didn’t reply. That’s when I told her I didn’t feel comfortable with her making my food could I speak to a manager. She said I am the manager and walked off. As she was walking off, I asked for a corporate number. She looked back frowned and kept walking. Moments later, a tall, slender man with glasses came to the register, and I asked him for corporate number. He asked me what was the problem and I told him. I asked for corporate number again. He told me that if I reported to corporate The whole store would be affected I assured him that I would only report her. That seem to not be good enough for him so he told me he didn’t have corporate number and if he was me he would look it up on the Internet. After going back-and-forth with him for about eight minutes, I got nowhere and realize that’s why her behavior was the way it was. I attend the nursing school directly behind Jets, pizza, myself and other students purchase food from here a lot and lately it’s always been something. I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone There is always large amount of trash, toppling over the trashcan outside the door. You can tell they’re very close knit at this location and no one never has consequences for their behavior. Food was cold, and burnt and extremely greasy not like other jets and These people are completely unprofessional and rude. They don’t care about pleasing the customer only making money and slopping sauce on dough.I called and ask them about their deep dish duo and cheese bread and asked if it was he same thing as their regular cheese bread... the GENERAL MANAGER said it was the same thing. I asked TWICE because I wanted to make sure before I bought it. We ordered got it and it was NOT the same thing. We didn’t eat it and called back in less than 15 minutes after we got our food and told them it was not the same thing and could we exchange it for regular cheese bread. He said technically they did their job so that is not an option. Seems the GEENRAM MANAGER was more concerned with being right than pleasing a customer. A multi million dollar company wouldn’t exchange cheese bread that cost a fraction of what they make when they didn’t clarify and I even asked before I placed the order. They had me on hold for 15 minutes and passed me along and I had to re explain twice just to tell me oh well deal with it. On top of that pizza was cold , edges were burnt and nasty and I LOVE jets but this location was horrible.if I could give 0...

I'm very disappointed in this place it used to be my family's favorite pizza place but the last couple of months has been awful. I ask for light bake it comes well over done I pay for extra cheese and barley has any, I ordered wings and we got 7 not 8. When I called and was speaking with a manager the I don't care additude we got was ridiculous! And offering 25 credit on a 50 dollar order no thanks!! We use to order there a few times a month now we will not order there again until something changes, I can spend my monies elsewhere.

So again almost a year later I ordered a NY style pizza and when it got here we received a hard dry crust pizza that we could have used for a Frisbee for our dogs instead of soft foldable crust. It's really not worth the Hassel anymore, getting a decent pizza every 2 out 10 ordered is not worth it. The toppings got skimpy and the quality of what they serve to us customers is...
