I ordered my families food. I declined a receipt at the window (thinking I wouldn’t need it - paid with my debit). Upon getting home, there were not only items missing, but food made wrong. It was raining out and I was trying to avoid dragging my kid back out, so I called to see if I could maybe get a credit for next time. The manager, Kwame, was the most rudest person I think I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Not only was he over talking me on the phone , but told me that my order couldn’t possibly be wrong because he made it himself. I am a very kind person, & I was trying to be kind on the phone by simply asking for a couple dollar credit for next time. After being told that I was pretty much lying about my order being wrong, I decided to do what I was trying to avoid, & went back up there. Upon speaking with manager, Kwame, in person, he CONTINUED to tell me that I was wrong as I was showing him, then told me he wasn’t going to serve me and slammed the window in my face. Kwame, If you’re reading this, I’m honestly not sure how someone as rude as you got into the position you’re currently in. Your customer service skills are shocking & my kid cried because you wouldn’t remake her stupid potatoes correctly because of your pride and “you made it, so it just HAS to be right”....
Read moreUpdated review: Can't deny that since the renovation/fire, and I'm guessing re-staffing because if it, the taco bell has improved immensely. Normally taco bell tacos, and most other products, are barely filled with meat and other toppings... Definitely not an issue here at this time. Been there 3 or so times since they re-opened and it's been solid each time! Food is made well and warm, and most importantly, full of what it should have, service and employee attitude is great, and wait time seems to be improved as well! Will definitely keep returning to this location for the foreseeable future instead of driving further to Troy Pike or Centerpoint 70 like I used to!
(I'll leave my old review from before it caught fire and was renovated below to show how much growth this location has done)
Old review: Worst taco bell in the area. Go to Troy Pike if you can. Can't get orders right, and are consistently the slowest taco bell I think I've ever been to. I actually went BACK to get the items (two of one item that's hard to confuse with anything else) I was missing today, and they gave me a bag with entirely different items. After discovering this, I call them, obviously pissed since I've gone back once already, and they just refused to answer the phone. Called 5 times in a row until it...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst place i have ever tried to give business to. Dont get me wrong, i understand that fast food isnt concerned with customer service but you would think they would at least try to pretend they cared. This particular Taco Bell I have been to a few separate times all and which were never good but my fault for a continuing to go there but I can say now I will absolutely not step foot back into that business not only have they never seen to get my order correct tonight I stood in line for several minutes with several others and nobody taking orders I finally get frustrated and ask if there is anyone that is going to help us and the lady behind the counter said no. When I asked why I never got a response I then asked why there were no signs and why she could not at least have told us they were not taking orders considering there were several of us in line. This business and everyone working inside of it is completely unprofessional and I am embarrassed that it is in the town...
