My son and I have been coming to the store for years. It is truly an amazing store. The owners and employees are awesome!!! Everybody is treated fairly and with respect!! When you are buying in items from the public, constantly restocking, answering phones and even special ordering for customers along with helping customers find rare things you can not get anywhere else sometimes you might have to wait a few seconds. In our opinion we love the store and have been always treated excellent. It is a one of a kind store and very unique. Try multitasking the way they do and see how easy it is. We are so happy we have the store not too far from us. It is a special treat for us to be able to find rare unusual items to purchase. Not to many small business owners left because of the economy. That is part of the fun of it to relax and enjoy the experience. The staff and owners always wait on the customers as fast and friendly as they can. This is an absolute gem I worry people outside of Huber Heights may not know - and the kind of gem you kind of don't want people to know about so you can have it all to yourself - but they deserve all the recognition they can get. I own and operate a record shop and HMV is where I go to shop for myself on my days off. If it exists in the world of entertainment, they got it. Thousands of DVDs and Blu-Rays, books, collectible toys and action figures, CDs and, it pains me to admit it, a great selection of vinyl. Condition of used items has always been like new and pricing is very fair across the board. Recognition must also be given for HMV's offers on used buys - they give very good cash and credit offers on trades. The shop may seem a little daunting if you're easily overwhelmed so go with a wishlist in hand or be prepared to devote a few hours to browsing and digging. I think found my new favorite store, I wrongfully showed up like 35 minutes before close wanting to check the store out because I heard about the place from word of mouth. Within a few minutes I was already stuffing my arms with more blu rays than I could hold and wasn’t even able to look at VHS, Vinyls or anything else while I was there. I dropped off about 20+ movies at the checkout counter 10 minutes before close and apologized said I was my first time there and wasn’t expecting to find so much at a reasonable price.
