It's a fun place to go with the kids. However, DO NOT BOOK PARTIES WITH THEM! We booked a party for my daughter there a few weeks ago. I booked the basic package online and never received a confirmation email or an "up-coming event" email like they promise when you book. I bought a basic package for $247 which included 2 large pizzas and 10 jump passes with a free jump pass for the "guest of honor". I received a free additional 5 jump passes and 1 extra pizza bonus from their promotions page. I called to make sure everything was set because I'd never heard anything from them. When we arrived I was asked to write down everyones name that would be attending. I asked if the birthday girl was free because of the "guest of honor" pass and I was told no she's gets a pass after the party. I had wrote down 3 kids and the associate stopped me and told me she would write down people as they came in. We were taken back to the party room. The sign on the door said that our party started at 3 and ended at 5. We booked for 230-430 but no big deal. As people arrived I started seeing siblings and more people that had not RSVP'd. I asked how many people had checked in and I was told about 12. no big deal still under out limit. Now, the food. I corral all the kids back into the party room because I'm told food is ready and back in the room. There was Domino's delivery and 2 pitchers of pop. We were not allowed to bring anything other than water, fruits, vegetables and cake. We brought water and cake. Had I known we were getting Domino's pizza I would have opted for the extra $50 food allowance as Domino's pizza smells like vomit and was absolutely inedible. The room was also not set up. I had to ask for plates, cups, silverware, serving utensils and napkins. we did a final head count and found 14 kids including the birthday girl. The kids finished eating and wanted to go jump a bit more so they went back out on the floor while we cleaned up. My husband was approached with the bill and was not explained anything other than the total. Even though the booking was in my name and under my credit card. He wasn't aware that I had already placed half the bill up front. Next, we brought all the kids back into the room for presents. We were in the middle of this when an associate came into the room at 4:00 stating we needed to be out of the room in 30 min. Even though the sign on the door said 5:00. We rushed through presents and shooed everyone out and were out by 4:40. When we got home I received an email with the bill. An extra $200 had been added to our bill with no explanation. No itemized bill. We were never showed a completed guest list. We are aware that a few older siblings showed up but never said we'd allow for them to be on our bill nor did it equate to the $200 value that was added. I attempted to contact the location but was never able to get through. I sent an email through the contact us page but never received a response. To add insult to injury we never received the free pass we were promised for the birthday girl to come...
Read moreWORTH THE READ. We spent a LOT of money to book my step-daughter's party here, and it was so unorganized. First off, the party was supposed to start at 1:30, so we show up 10 minutes early thinking we could get in and decorate and set up presents and the cake, but nope, our room was not ready. Then we all had to sign waivers on our phones (even if we weren't jumping?) after we got there. They should've let us know this ahead of time so that it could've been done, because it took away from the kids' jumping time! The hostess for our party was difficult to find; if we had any questions throughout the time we were there we either had to track her down or find some random worker to ask. We asked to get our pizzas at 3 and they were on time, but they ordered it from Marco's (which wasn't good)... I figured we would have gotten pizza that was made in-house, but nope. We asked for 3 pitchers of drinks to be brought with our pizzas, one of which was late (and disgusting, the Hawaiian punch was so nasty, don't get it) because she had to wash it... so we are trying to serve out the pizza, the kids all had plates and napkins but the adults at the party didn't, so we had to go searching for our own plates (since our hostess was nowhere to be found). We were able to dig out extra plates and napkins out of a closet in our party room, but then we realized we needed a knife to cut the cake. Again, our hostess was not in our room, so when she came back with the pitcher she had to wash, we asked her for a knife. This was such a process!! She was gone for another 10 minutes, so we began cutting the cake with the other end of a fork... She ended up coming back with a knife and said it took her so long because she had to wash that, too. Mind you, our party was over at 3:30. So we had THIRTY MINUTES to eat our pizza and cake and wait on her to be late with a pitcher and a knife. And then do presents... It's only getting 2 stars because the trampolines were fun. Go to Sky...
Read moreGet Air Huber Heights is a FANTASTIC experience. Their first and foremost concern is safety, yours and the safety of other customers and staff. There is a large emphasis on being compliant and adhering to the rules and regulations of the many fun activities they have there.
There is a registration and waiver form to be filled out, but it's painless; It's the usual Legalese. Don't be stupid, don't be stupid around others, don't be stupid with the rides, etc.
My little girl and I went during Toddler time (Tu, Tr, and Su 10am-12pm), and had a blast. Again, their primary focus was having a fun but SAFE environment for kids of all ages to have (but special emphasis on toddlers and infants). The trampolines are secured and the springs are hidden in a way even the most inquisitive 4 (and 33 year old) could not find them. All electrical outlets are covered, and the floor was freshly vacuumed prior to Toddler Time.
Jump socks are required (I didn't even know this was a thing), and they certainly help! There are changing tables in both bathrooms (Caveat: There is for sure one in the men's room. I did not venture into the ladies room, but I would assume there is one in there).
Oh! There's a dedicated '46" and under' area in the play area, and it's awesome!
This place was a great experience for my tuckered out little one, and we will.be back for sure for many many...
