Placed an order for delivery on 12/14 at 8:52. I was told my order would be delivered at 9:25. At 9:24 I received a text message letting me know my order was out for delivery. Order was never delivered so I called the store at 9:58 and someone told me order was contactless so the driver left my order at my door step however no food was left at my house, the employee told me "He delivered it so I don't know". He then said he would remake the order and have it delivered. Another hour went past and still no food so I drove to the store. When I arrived the employee let me know he was still waiting for a driver and I asked why he couldn't call me to let me know there would be a delay on receiving my food, he said he was going to. At this point I had waited 2 hours for one meat lovers melt and a 20 oz. Dr. Pepper. This is unacceptable. I can completely understand being short staffed however the lack of communication is mind blowing. I'm usually not one to leave a long review however I thoroughly enjoy Pizza Hut and this is not the first time I have had issues with the location at 6561 Brandt Pike, Huber Heights OH 45424. On top of having to wait 2 hours when I requested a refund the employee shorted me TWICE on the money I was due to get back. I paid $19.12, first he gave me $10.12 then when I corrected him he gave me $16.12. When I had to correct him a second time he gave me the correct change. He didn't even offer and kind of resolution to the problem/issue. Read moreGreat experience here. I called ahead to place a pick up order. The gentleman who answered the phone seemed particularly great. I’m wondering if he was the manager? So frequently I feel that when I call in orders the person I’m talking with speaks as quickly as possible and sounds like they have something more important to move on to. But this guy spoke clearly, hit all the points you’d expect a order-taking-script to have have and was friendly on top of that. It was a very pleasant experience!
When we arrived, the TV screen showed that my order was ready. One other customer was Waiting and there was no one currently at the counter. But I heard someone from the back call out that they’d be back on a moment. A few minutes later a man came out. Based on my experience, I assume it was the same guy I’d ordered with. He got my order out quickly and seeing that I had two little ones with me, he offered to carry my order to my car - thank you!!! By this time another customer had come in. He checked in with them as he helped me out, letting them know he’d be right back and inquiring to the details of their order. This dude is by the book and awesome. Definitely makes a customer feel appreciated and noticed.
Our pizza and wings were exactly as ordered. Our four kids and two adults destroyed two whole medium pizzas in no time. There were just some slices of the large left over.

Read moreRetrain your employees. Or be more selective in your hiring process. My experience was terrible. I was supposed to receive my food by 7:40pm. It's now 8:00 I noticed my food has not arrived. My wife and son mentioned around 7:40pm, they heard someone on the door. So when I looked out the window. I didn't see anyone. So I continued to look out the window to see if someone was outside. I then see a cat come on my porch and start looking like they are eating something. My wife comes down the stairs and ask" did I see anyone?" I say no. So she opens the door and my order was laying on the ground. The driver did not ring my doorbell or knock to indicate he/she had been there. If my wife hadn't opened the door. The cat would have eaten our food. Now, we are upset. So we call the store. Tell them what happened. We get there, our food has now been remade. My wife ask to speak to a manager. It's two managers there that night and both of them said they're too busy to talk to the customers right now. No apologies or coupons, nothing!!!Wow!!!! Worst experience ever!!! I won't be ordering from there...
