I am not one that likes to leave reviews, but my experience with the hot head burrito store in Huber. Heights was very disappointing. It used to be a nice sized burrito, but now they barely put anything in it. The girl that was working put a little pop of sour cream in the middle of my burrito, and thought that was the way it was supposed to be. I asked for extra and she most definitely charged me for it. My bowl came to $17.94 because I added extra sour cream, extra chicken and extra beans, because she barely put anything in the bowl. Even with all the extras i ordered it still didnt even come close to touching the lid. I come in there because it is more convenient than driving up to Chipotle. But from now on, i'm gonna take the time and drive up there. Your stinginess has lost you a customer. I know i'm only one person but hopefully others will see this review and do the same.

1) The prices are way too expensive for the amount of food you get. 2) Kids meal now $7.50 only includes 1 taco. 3) a burrito with only white rice, queso, cheese and lettuce is $11.25. (Other locations charge for a shell with side or queso, because there is literally nothing on it) So for 2 tacos and a burrito with 2 drinks was $25. That’s insane. The rice was hard. They were out of so many items and it was before the lunch rush. Staff member was extremely rude all because I asked if the kids meal comes with 2 tacos. Just overall disappointed in my lunch experience today. Will not be coming back to this location. And if this is the new norm for Hot Head then we will not be coming back. & to top it off, we thought we would use the restroom before leaving.. I recommend you not using them. Very dirty! You can tell it does not get cleaned.

Great place to satisfy a burrito craving. I ordered Leroy's Spicy Chicken burrito (plus potatoes) and it was delicious. It was huge too, I had to take a chunk of it with me to finish later! It did have some good heat to it but it won't knock you over if you're used to spicy foods. Good price too, I only crossed into the 10-20 range because I added potatoes to mine.

Unexpectedly unsatisfactory visit from a normally good establishment. Right before 1pm today I went to this Hot Head to grab some food for my family. Upon entering, the line was a little bit longer than normal at this time, but not so much for me to leave. The line made progress pretty quickly and I was up to order. I informed the lady behind the counter that I would be ordering 2 quesadillas and 2 burritos. This is the moment the visit became an issue. She immediately became visually upset. She turned to face away from me, raised her hands up, was huffing and puffing and turned back around. I kinda blew this one off/gave her the benefit of the doubt as I did see it was busy, the line was building behind me, and I have worked in the food industry before. She then asked if the quesadillas would be kid or normal. When I stated normal, I do not know if she was expecting me to say kid because roller her eyes, began huffing and puffing again, tossed whatever metal pans she had on the metal rack, and had to go digging for something under the counter. She continued this rude and unprofessional behavior through making the quesadillas as far as visually expressing that there was apparently a problem with the type of cheese I requested as well. At this time a much more collected and polite gentleman in a black shirt helped me with the rest of my order. Overall, the food was still good but the service until the gentleman took over was uncalled for. I have a family of 8 and we frequent this HH often with relativly large orders. I have never received service so openly and obviously upset at the size of my order, not that I even believe the order for this visit was that big or overwhelming. I would like to continue to visiting this HH but I will not and recommend others not if service like this continues, despite the very good accuracy and quality of food received...

This HHB location is always spot on, on customer service AND food quality. They are always polite, professional, and fast. I always go late due to my late work schedule and it’s usually an hour within closing and they have even been know to (or offer) to throw fresh food on the grill if they are out. I appreciate this place so much in a time where so many “fast food” locations are failing on quality and service. A while back (maybe over a year or so), I saw a difference in people and service but that didn’t last long. They rectified it really fast and the bad service didn’t last long. Keep up the great work! You all are doing it right!

10-17-25 Another review and I don’t mind doing it because this place never disappoints me in a time where eating out at fast food restaurants is nothing but disappointment. I eat at HHB fairly regularly, sometimes weekly. I also go in late where as I work nights and my “lunch” is usually around 9. Sometimes they don’t always have fresh food or out of some too and I get that being that they close to closing. I asked for the Mexican rice and the employee suggested “I don’t think you want that” which I appreciated that he cared enough to say that because to the naked eye, it looked fine. He could have just given it to me but he didn’t. Then I asks for faijita veggies but saw they were out of. I would never ask them to make them for me but it’s the second time they have offered to make them for me. So many places barely give you service and HHB, in my experience, always goes the extra mile. So I don’t mind reviewing them every time they do! Great job, guys!! Keep up...

The chips tasted like card board ! They smelt awful ! I called up to the store to let the GM know ( who refused to give a name ) he told me I could bring over half the nachos back ( NO PROBLEM ; I brought them ALL back ) and he would replace or issue me a refund . I then asked if they were getting replaced would I be getting new chips he said NO , they would be from the same batch . LOL are you kidding me ? I then asked who else to call he informed me to call corporate & wouldn’t provide me a number or name told me they would figure it out just tell them he’s the GM of the Huber heights location . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . I then went to the Facebook page to leave a review / comment and my comment got deleted and I got blocked ! This is not like chipotle if you ask for anything extra you get charged for it and then have the audacity to charge when they’re not even using the measuring cups I see the other locations use.

Oh and then the whole time while I had to bring mine and my 6 year old dinner back he smirked and thought it was funny while issuing the refund . I happily drove to the other side of town and enjoyed my chipotle burrito and...
