This brand new store is local to my house so I went to try it out today. I went inside to see 5 or 6 employees working behind the counter, and not one of them greeted me when I entered.I sat there for 15 minutes before i decided to go elsewhere, on my way out I ran across the “store manager “ I explained what happened inside and instead of taking me in to have someone take my order, or do it himself, he said oh sorry bud, I’ll let them know… AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Rudest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Come up to the window (had a tip in hand since it was my dogs first trip though a drive thru) wasn’t welcomed. The window opens, blonde girl shoves my food out the window and slams it before I can even get a word out. Bagel minis frozen in the middle, munchins smashed. If you don’t like your job then quit. The employee Anthony is straight out terrible, the other employee notified him i wanted ketchup in the bag & since he cannot let go of the past there was no ketchup in the bag.
