I had the pleasure of visiting the Hudsonville McDonald's location on the evening of May 22, 2023, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service and the quality of the food. As a result, I would like to change my previous rating from 3 stars to a well-deserved 5-star review.

First and foremost, I want to commend the staff for their exceptional service. Despite placing an order for a large group, the McDonald's team members handled our request flawlessly. We utilized the McDonald's app to place our order and conveniently parked in spot #4, eagerly awaiting our food.

To our delight, the order was prepared perfectly. Each item was fresh and delicious, just as we had hoped. However, what truly stood out was the dedication of the McDonald's team member who personally delivered our order to our vehicle. Despite the numerous trips required to accommodate our large group, they did so with a friendly smile and a willingness to ensure our satisfaction.

The efficiency and attentiveness displayed by the staff at the Hudsonville McDonald's were truly commendable. They took the time to ensure that our order was accurate, hot, and ready to enjoy. Their commitment to providing excellent service left a lasting impression on our entire group.

Furthermore, I appreciate the convenience of the McDonald's app, which made ordering and paying a breeze. It streamlined the process and allowed us to focus on enjoying our time together rather than worrying about the logistics of placing a large order.

The girl that works 3rd shift at the Hudsonville location is not capable of handling her job. I work 3rd shift right behind this McDonald's and have tried to go there 4 different times. Twice I was told that they were only accepting cash, which I find extremely odd for McDonalds, once I waited so long at the speaker that I drove around to get her attention at the window. She was so flighty and confused I would have sworn she was on some kind of drugs, it took so long to order and get my food that by the time I did get it, I no longer had time left from my break to eat it. I literally work right behind them and get 20 min lunch break. The last time I went I tried to order a fish sandwich and was told they dont make them after midnight (odd) so I ordered a simple cheeseburger and fries. Well unfortunately this will be my LAST time at this location because I waited and waited and waited and finally had to leave without my food AFTER Paying because I would have been late so that means I waited for at least 17 mins to never...

Bad drive thru experience with a young hot headed kid that the drive thru girl New from school yelling and swearing. Didn't get my whole order I'm sure it's because he was screaming at some one .so when I got home I didn't have my whole order I called in and manager said come back with your receipt so I looked it up before I drive all the way back and it wasn't on there but to the drive thru girls side it was when that rude kid was screaming obscenity and I paused to start my order again .in that time of ordering and explaining to my kids that wasn't right our order was wrong but this whole complaint isn't about that it's about the fact that the drive thru girl New him from hudsonville school and that's just ok because he is always like that . Not ok in my book kid should get counseling before it's a worse problem so in my opinion the drive thru girl and manager should of...
