Went there today to take advantage of a special promotion on their kids meal. Had a deal where you could get a kids meal for $1 for every regular price combo purchased. It is one of their "drive through deals". Once we pulled up to the speaker to order, I stated I wanted 2 of their $1 kids meal and asked if I bought two number 10s, would that qualify? The person said it would and asked what I wanted. We ordered 2 beef n' cheedar meals, 2 sliders and the kids meal. The price was around $25 and I felt like it should have been less with the promotion. Once we left the drive through we noticed some condiments were missing but choose not to go through the line again for a few packs of sauce. Once we arrived home we then realized we were charged full price for the kids meals. I called the restaurant and spoke to 1 of the managers. I asked if the beef n' cheedar meals qualify to receive the $1 kids meal. She stated that it did. I told her that we were charged full price for 2 after asking for the drive through deal and all she had to say was "I apologize". No sort of offer to make it right. No refund of difference offered or anything. Just, I apologize. If I knew I would have been paying full price, we wouldn't have even stopped...
Read moreI ordered a bacon cheddar roast beef sandwich and the meat was so dried out and looked as though it had been sitting around a long time and with one bite the taste was "off" (I did not visit at an "off" time either) I have never had a roast beef sandwich like this there before and it was not edible. Other sandwiches yes, but not a roast beef. The milkshake I ordered was only slightly mixed..Was a jamocha..and looked like probably three different types of ice cream that were hardly even swirled. I was anxious for the milkshake as they are often out when I tried to order in the past. I was truly shocked at the sandwich when I got home and opened it. It is a shame to see their quality diminishing. I always liked Arbys but have had to give it numerous "one last tries"... Horrible dripping with grease Yuro, etc. Could add more examples... I am afraid I am out of tries for them and I have been generous...Maybe if they decrease their menu and pay greater attention to getting all on that smaller menu correct..Tighten up their hiring and managing process.. Reward for good work practice, etc, etc....Hope they...
Read moreThe guy at the front was an absolute gem—sweet as a peach and genuinely helpful. On the other hand, the young woman with the piercings was clearly new and very nervous. I get it; I’ve been in her shoes. Working in the service industry is tough, especially when you’re still figuring things out and dealing with customers.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a disaster. I placed an order through the app, but half of it was missing. I had to go back twice. When I finally got everything, my sandwiches were smashed and soggy, the fries were stale, and the sodas were watered down.
Honestly, the only way it could’ve been worse was if I’d found something gross in my food or dealt with rude employees—but that guy at the front saved this from being a total zero-star review. Even so, we won’t be coming back.
And it wasn’t just this location. Both Arby’s we’ve tried have been complete letdowns. Spending $50 only to leave frustrated and disappointed...
