I wish I could have given them a zero....which is out of character for me. I like giving great scores but I can’t when I order 9 pizzas (3 CHEESE, 3 PEPPERONI AND 3 SAUSAGE). After asking at the counter if they were all correct. The young lady said as she pointed at the labels...it’s correct... 3 CHEESE, 3 PEPPERONI AND 3 SAUSAGE. She asked if I needed help getting them to car in which she did just that. I get back to over a dozen of little kids ready to eat pizza but can’t due to meat being on EVERY SINGLE PIZZA. I called the store and a young lady placed me on hold after I told her that I could bring them back but it would be later. I didn’t want to leave the kids to go back at that point. A lady by the name of Patricia was VERY nasty insinuating we had ate the pizzas and being fly at the mouth saying I should have checked them before I left. If I order pizza I expect for it to be correct. Especially after I asked if they were correct. I asked for her supervisors name she stated Jodi and she didn’t have his number. Read morePulled up, girl with red hair extensions took our order, I paid for it, was told the wait would be 10 minutes, that was fine. But what upset us was that at least 5 cars pulled thru drive thru with their order and 4 cars that was told to wait got their order before us and left. I asked the cashier 3 times what was taking so long and all three times she ignored me. By this time it had been 30 minutes. 42 minutes before we got our order. This is unexceptable. Especially being ignored. Will not be back. Around 100.00 loss per week in revenue should open someone's eyes and ears that there needs to be more traning, especially in customer service.
