A Slice of NYC in Humble: Brooklyn Pizzeria Delivers on Taste and Service In the heart of Humble, Brooklyn Pizzeria shines as a beacon for those craving authentic New York-style pizza and Italian fare. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of a classic Brooklyn neighborhood joint. But it's the exceptional staff and mouthwatering food that truly elevate this pizzeria to a must-visit destination. The staff at Brooklyn Pizzeria goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. Their genuine friendliness and attentive service create a welcoming ambiance that complements the delicious food. Whether it's guiding you through the menu, offering recommendations, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, their dedication to providing a positive experience is evident in every interaction. And let's talk about the food. The pizza at Brooklyn Pizzeria is a masterpiece. The thin, crispy crust achieves that perfect balance of chewiness and crunch, while the generous layer of flavorful tomato sauce and perfectly melted mozzarella cheese creates a symphony of textures and tastes. Each slice is a testament to their commitment to quality ingredients and authentic New York-style pizza-making techniques. Beyond pizza, their menu boasts an array of delectable Italian classics, from hearty pasta dishes to mouthwatering calzones and stromboli. The portions are generous, ensuring you leave feeling satisfied and content. And don't forget to save room for dessert! Their homemade cannolis and tiramisu are the perfect sweet ending to a memorable meal. In conclusion, Brooklyn Pizzeria in Humble isn't just a place to grab a quick bite; it's an experience. The combination of outstanding staff, delectable food, and inviting atmosphere creates a dining experience that leaves a lasting impression. Whether you're a local resident or just passing through, make sure to stop by Brooklyn Pizzeria and treat yourself to a taste of New York in the heart of Texas. You won't be disappointed.

Brooklyn Pizza is about as close as you can get to traditional NY Style Pizza. I was lucky enough to stumble upon their original location & had learned, from speaking with the staff, they had recently opened a 9th store location. Having personally made NY Style pizza for about 10yrs in my younger years of life, I can say they definitely hit all areas when it comes to their main dishes. The pizza was nice & thin with a well held fold. Didn't notice any torn bottom dough spots with bad stretch/thinnes to the pizza dough. Red pizza sauce was tasty, but not over bearing to where you can't enjoy the cheese or other toppings, Cooked very well & not at all burnt (I do like some darkness, but you'll see more of that in wood or coal pizza ovens, their operations seem to be brick oven done). I did get a side of cheesy garlic bread, which wasn't bad, but personally felt like there could've been a better layering of cheese on top of the overall bread itself. **See pic**. I also got the cannoli as a nice little dessert. Seemed to be typical cannoli & was good. Powdered sugar would have been a nice touch visually & as a nice taste additive too. Overall, very pleased with their offerings & they definitely have something going on. Keep in mind, it's not going to be 100% NY taste as anyone knows it's the water that gets used in NY for the dough that makes NY pizza unique only to itself. But if you want to be as close as you can get to that while being in the central part of the US.... Brooklyn Pizza is a stop I would definitely recommend. 4.6 Stars in my overall review

We ordered take out stromboli’s and when we got home this is what we found. These were ordered with requested fillings of pepperoni, italian sausage, italian meatballs, tomato, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions, mozzarella cheese, and ricotta. There was literally only a couple mushrooms, a couple tomatoes, and a couple small pieces of sausage… and when I say a couple…. I literally mean… a couple!!! The other requested ingredients were no where to be found. We were literally going to be eating cheese bread!! We paid $90 for what exactly! When management was called he tried to say he has had the same kitchen staff for a decade! Well, after this order… maybe it’s time to hire a new kitchen staff… because clearly they aren’t preparing quality food… especially not for the prices!!! Horrible… just horrible!!

The pizza itself was good, but thats all. The service was TERRIBLE!! We are from out of state and had seen good reviews about this place over others and decided to come here, instead of the pizza place near our hotel. We walked into silence, no hello, hi, or welcome or anything. We sat down at one of like 25 tables, only two of which were occupied and sat for at least 5 minutes before he got up and went to the counter. He asked the chubby, brown haired girl with glasses if we had to order at the counter and she said " uh, yeah" with an attitude. So he told her we would like a large pepperoni pizza. He went to walk away and she said "um, payment?" And he said he did not know he had to pay right away, seeing as we were dining in. So he paid. We asked for some cups for water and were given small bathroom plastic cups, enough for two ice cubes. Our pizza came out in a reasonable time and the cook brought it out. We both said thank you as he sat it down and he never said a word, no youre welcome, can I get you anything else, nothing. We looked at the tables and saw there were no parmesan, red pepper flakes, oregano or anything on them. Once we saw them at the counter, I got up to get them and was finally able to eat. There was no silverware, but we did not need it anyways. We, once again, had to walk up to the counter for a to go box. The restaurant should really have an "order here" sign at the counter and maybe have a friendlier staff, especially a new counter girl. I could not believe they actually had a tip jar there either! Food can be good, but service makes it memorable. Will not recommend. Worst customer service at a pizza...

This is some great pizza. If you are from the northeast, as I am born and raised in NJ, you will appreciate this pizza. I did several tests to verify this pizza. I think most importantly is the crust. It has to be the perfect thickness(or thinness), it has to have just the right amount of crunch, and the right amount of water. If you're from the northeast you know what I mean when I say that the crust has to be very specific. This crust is rated 9 and a half out of 10. 10 being actual Brooklyn style. The sauce is delicious. I would rate it 9 out of 10. The cheese is great. I would rate it 9 and a half out of 10. The last test I did was fold my slice and start eating it and checking to see how much oil falls on the plate. Now, if you're from the northeast you know that we eat our pizzas folded and by the time we're done there's some good, juicy oil residue on the plate. Depending on the amount of oil it let's you know how authentic the pizza is. So this pizza I'm happy to say passed the test. I hope I didn't forget anything for those that are truly interested in how authentic this pizza is. Oh yeah, they do have cheese, garlic salt, and dried pepper in the authentic glass shakers to sprinkle on your pizzas. That's definitely a must if you're going to call yourself Brooklyn pizza! Prices are fair. I bought two slices of cheese and one slice of pepperoni and a drink for 10 dollars. We're in November 2020 as I write this, so prices will definitely change eventually. An XL(18 inch) pie of half cheese, half pepperoni was approximately $17. Not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this...
