For take-home, be sure to check your box(es) before you leave. If you return with a problem later, they won't make it right. ~ This place has such good food and such a neat concept and environment that it really hurt to ding them on my first visit.

They have the potential to rival the legendary Chick-fil-A's for customer service, food quality, customer experience/ environment, and customer loyalty.

They actually rapidly read and respond to their reviews ... which means that the cashiers won't be sticking their paws inside your drink cups in the future.

Now that I know that they have effective management and real leadership, I'll have to go back.

I really wanted to give them four maybe even Five Stars based on the food, the environment, and the drink included price schedules.

Unfortunately, when the cashier handed me my drink cup, she had her fingers, almost her whole hand inside the cup.

It is fairly well documented that there are fewer germs, bacteria, and other dangerous things on most toilet seats than there are on currency in circulation, or even the average cell phone, or computer keyboard.

Also the tea was really pretty lame. Subway, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Taco Cabana, Popeye's, even Sam's Club have...

Waited a few when I entered as a black male looked up at me and didn’t even acknowledge or say someone would be to the front in moment. Dined in tenders & wings got the food, fries were old. Asked a Hispanic chick to to see if they can make me new fries & if possible remake the order as they had drenched the the basket with a lot of sauce from the the chicken wings -we seemed like more sauce on the plate itself than the wings . She took the basket to the back they gave me fresh fries on top of the old fries and did not remake the remainder of the items. I sat there for a while trying to eat what I could but I couldn’t enjoy . The manager was kind enough to give me a refund, but when she told the cook why it was sent back the team in the back and the Hispanic chick that took the food said something then smirked . Worse service ever and won’t be back. New team needed, place was a mess I should’ve taken a photo of how the tea lid was on the counter and the dirtiness of the did big area -everyone looked tired, and like they didn’t want to be there . Moved very slow. Please get this location help before...

The chicken tenders are incredibly delicious, especially paired with their Cayenne Ranch. I love the fresh ingredients and crispness of the fries and tenders! My usual is the Slim plate, because I enjoy some now then later and the breading still stays on when I eat it later.The only thing I don't like from the plate is the Texas "Toast", it is a bit too flimsy and doesn't crunch when I take a bite. I love that they offer fried pickles! They are thinly cut and were a wonderful peppery dill, with a light breading on them. Pairing it with the spicy BBQ dipping sauce balanced out the flavors, unfortunately they are yet TOO SALTY for my taste! I prefer to eat fried pickles with Ranch and not feel my taste buds go numb. I'm not sure if the pickle itself is salty or if it comes from the breading, but I could only eat a few. Overall my rating is based on the foods freshness, flavors, authentically southern menu options and the staff. They are fantastic and always smiling! I have visited 4 times since their opening and have never had a bad experience, they are truly Always HAPPY TO HELP! This is my go-to...
