Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Humble

The place was terrible. Stood in line to order and people at the counter were facing away. After several minutes I had to let them know i needed to order. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak combo. After several minutes of them trying to find a lid to fit the cup I was offered a larger cup because they could find no lid. Waited to recieve order. I finally got the order. From walking in, to receiving the order was over 20 mins. When I opened the order I was given a chicken sandwich instead of the steak. First time and last...

I have been to this location 3 times of those visits 2 were horrible the first visit was opening week and it was amazing, after that horrible, 2 nd visit ordered 2 fries, served cold. 3rd visit, meat was dry and 1 sandwhich was made wrong and had to remake it 3 more times to get the sandwich right, fries were undercooked. Still have not heard from them to rectify this situation. Also had to eat in car cause they closed the dining area, at these prices they should close the dining when they stop...

10 employees working with 5 orders on screen. Waited 18 minutes to get a single small cheesesteak. Alot of chatting, talking and playing and not alot of cooking.
