Dunkin' — Restaurant in Humble

Hello here I am emailing due to the service I received at this location in screenshot I ordered donuts , loaded chipotle hash browns , and a pumpkin iced latte . Well while ordering there was a young lady at the first drive thru window and she was rude and gave me the wrong order I told her no I didn’t order this in order something else she proceeded to make a look on her face gave me my drink with no straw and told me to go to the second window I went there waited they gave me my donuts I asked for a straw , I also said the loaded hash brown is missing , another worker female than just shuts the window on my face again rude behavior . I’m a single mom this was suppose to be a nice family trip this early morning on my day off and to top all this off the hashbrowns they gave me was filled up half way and they threw the sauce and bacon on the side of cup not on the hashbrowns it was just messy and rushed to be 20$ it wasn’t worth it spending our hard earned money just to...

I was very happy when I saw this store open by my neighborhood,I was hoping to have one near by, but on my first and second visits, I got a little disappointed, because I loved blueberry muffins and they didn't have them available, then the decaf coffee was a little cold,and also the second visit the same thing happened with the coffee,I told them and they make exchange it for a hotter one,but look the pictures ,it shows when i poured my coffee in another cup to reheat at home, also I used to buy at the other location the ham and egg croissant and they told me that they discounted it,but I tried the Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders and I liked them. So what is the point of the mobile order line if it’s blocked off all the time? The drive-thru line is always backed up because they take forever to get your order right. Meanwhile the food I ordered via mobile is getting cold and the ice in my drink is melting. One time I managed to skip ahead and got yelled at to stop at the speaker first to tell them I was there for mobile :/ now I’ve gone to different Dunkin’s over the years and not a one has ever had their mobile line blocked off or made me stop at the speaker first.
