We love Domino's Pizza and it has been our go-to for chain pizza the past few times. The pizza from this location has always been great and the staff has been friendly. However, our last experience was quite frustrating and it's difficult to know how much blame goes to management or domino's corporate. We generally order pizza to-go after we grocery shop since we have so many options nearby. I generally try to time the order so the pizza is ready around the time we are done. On this occasion, I walked in right at the assigned time I was given when I ordered. They seemed busy and I noticed my name on the board for 25 minutes remaining. Confused, I asked the cashier about my wait time (since we had cold groceries in the car) who said she would check, but then got distracted by a coworker's question and walked off. I figured I'd just wait (as many others were) and stood off to the side. Once my time got down to about 7 minutes, it changed back up to 25 minutes again. Frustrated, I walked out and my wife and I drove home to put our groceries in the fridge. Despite the time it took to do all this, the app still said my order had not even been started yet. We headed back out and still had to wait another 10 minutes. Long story short, our 7:00pm pickup turned into 7:50pm. This was also a Tuesday, so no weekend rush or anything. I understand the staffing issues, I really do. If I order online and it says 2 hours, totally fine, I will adjust my life to fit that. But it's very frustrating when something like pizza is 50 minutes over the assigned time. Even if I was told when I initially arrived that it was going to be another 45 minutes, fine, not a big deal. But it was super annoying to wait around for almost 20 minutes watching a "remaining time" get close zero and then randomly increase back to the original time again after I already waited through it. The location may not be able to control what the app or the board says, but that needs to change. If they are behind, they need a way to delay all orders by a an hour or two to play catch up. Yes, they may lose a few customers that night who want something immediate, but at least the ones you do serve won't be annoyed since they could at least plan for the longer assigned time. Had we known it was going to be an extra hour, we would've started our grocery shopping an hour later instead of having to drive back out again to the exact same shopping center just to pick up a pizza. I feel like this would be an easy fix from...
Read moreLong time customer as I live pretty close by to this store but in the last year it’s tremendously gone downhill. The last 3-4 times have just been such terrible experiences that honestly I’m kinda over it I probably won’t be ordering again from here. The quality has been horrible AND The time before last there was a mix up the delivery driver couldn’t find my driveway and I which is understandable I didn’t have my updated phone number on my profile and didn’t realize till that night I called to the store and a girl was so beyond rude to me but I let that slide off my back then a few days ago I place an order at 6:22pm which I understand is prime dinner time on a Saturday but 7:30 rolls around and the tracker says it’s stuck on prep so I called just to check in on what was going on because I have kids who need dinner and I had to go to work at 9:00. I called and ask and the guy explains that my order is next up to go in the oven. IN THE OVEN?! He proceeds to tell me very non chalant that it’ll be out the door for delivery in about 20 minutes. So I hang up and look at the clock it’s already 7:35 + another 20 minutes out the door plus another 15 to my house. By the time it would have been 8:30 before we had dinner and I had to be out the door at 8:30 for work. That’s honestly crazy. I called back and cancelled the order. Honestly I’m understanding but over two hours for one pizza is not ok. I’m not one to complain but this store has pissed me off more times than I can count over the last year it’s apparent it needs some training and maybe a new...
Read moreOn 09/10/2022. I went to Domino’s and ordered two large pizzas and some other type of small bread. The total was a little over $32.00. They said to give them 30 minutes which I did by sitting in my car. After waiting my 30 minutes. I came back into the store, and they gave me two burnt pizza’s. I’m talking really burnt. The half bacon and half cheese pizza looked the same color. Both sides was darker then dark. The pepperoni also. The cashier kept disagreeing with me saying they’re not burnt, it’s just the temperature of the oven, wow. That’s impossible, because I seen other pizzas sitting there that wasn’t burnt. I had him to put my money back on my card, and asked for a receipt. He threw a small piece of paper in the trash can, then went back into the trash can, and got it back out, then handed it to me which I didn’t accept. I was shocked. The manager stood there, and never corrected him. He pretended that he couldn’t hear us going back in forth which is a lie, because when the cashier asked him was my pizza ready, he heard him say that, and he wasn’t loud at the time so how he couldn’t hear us going back in forth loudly? I have been going there over 6 years now, and never received a burnt pizza before. Ownership always apologize on line at different restaurants when they read reviews just to save they’re stores, but actually don’t correct they’re employees. They have to many young disrespectful...
