We ordered $60 worth of pizza never showed up. Called who was supposed to be the manager she told us that they used doordash to deliver our food and then it was either stolen or left it the wrong property. Within asked if they could deliver our food 20 minutes before they close and she said no that she had to stay there and close the store which we understand. We asked if they can make our food and we would come get it. The manager said I have to ask my kitchen staff if they can do that so at this point I'm confused and who's in charge. We got to pick up our food the young lady counting money out of the register totally rude never even once apologized for the inconvenience that it caused us. When I asked for her name her reply was what do you need my name for. So after some heated conversation the manager who remains nameless was hollering from behind the counter at us. If this young lady your manager you should surely get her some training on customer service skills screaming at customers is totally inappropriate and unprofessional and this is not someone you need managing your store. However on a good note the gentleman working the grill who helped us get our pizza together was very professional that is a person that you need to look into basically managing your store he was the professional one he was the one that handled the problem.    Read moreGood consistent pizza. 5 years living on gilead I have always called JETTS pizza in HUNTERSVILLE and have had good service. TONITE I called and the lady named STEPHANIE who took my order. I had 50$ worth of food and tipped.the driver 10$. A total of 60$. 8 wings was on that order. STEPHANIE asked bone or boneless. Bone in like always. As you can look up my past order and see I have never ordered BONELESS WINGS in (5YRS). So once delivered i called withen 2 minutes and told STEPHANIE i had boneless. She told me that I ordered boneless not BONE IN. HOW IS STEPHANIE GOING TO TELL ME WHAT I ORDERED? STEPHANIE asked if she wants to resend them. I told her it was fine since it was almost closing time ans just put in my notes that next time i order they can replace them. STEPHANIE tells me she will give me half off next 8 wing order and i had to pay for these. THEN STEPHANIE tells me the driver is at my back door to get the boneless wings so they can return them.. THE DRIVER never showed up. I call STEPHANIE back asking her to take the wings off ansd she kept saying once the drivers picks them up she will give me half off?. So I called to the store to place my Delivery order which came out to be almost 50.00 dollars this was at around 6:30 at 8 I had not received my order yet so I called the store spoke to a person that 1st said she couldnât find my order I was like I know I placed the order and my card was charged she said they have a new system and it acts up sometimes, ok they she precedes to tell me that my order is for pick-up I said thatâs incorrect it was for delivery, she was not apologetic she said all we can do is have them bring it to you I was like like long would that be she said 55 min I was like what !!! Let me talk to a manager . The manager gets on the phone said she was the one that took the order did not apologize either said all they could do was give me my money back or delivery.
