Very nice location my first time there. Ordering was a little slower than I'm used to, had to repeat myself a couple times and they were out of lg coffee cups but all of that was okay. The staff was very nice and friendly. Paid cash & had to wait for change which resulted in cars blowing their horns at me. I offered to pay with my card b/c the cashier was out & waiting but he assured me that wasn't necessary and he took care of everything. I rec'd everything I ordered and was on my way. I will definitely revisit this location and hopefully I'll be able to change my 4 star review to a 5 star.
I returned to this location later in the evening to p/u dinner for children. We ordered with a little bit of hurrying from the person taking our order. When we got to the window I asked if the shake machine was working & was told yes. I asked if it were too late to add one & was told no. I ordered it & everything was ok until I asked for my receipt. There was such an issue to get with 2 employees trying that I finally said "it's okay" and was instructed to pull forward. At the next window to receive my order, the cashier didn't know I had a shake. She checked quickly and asked me to pull up to space #1 to wait for my shake. It was an add on so I didn't mind terribly. After about 5 mins an employee walked out with an order and asked if it were mine. It wasn't. A few minutes later another employee asked me what I was waiting on. Meanwhile there's another car behind me and 2 more in neighboring designed spots to wait for orders. A couple of them pulled off before I finally rec'd my shake. The employee said "here's your chocolate shake, a large even though you ordered a medium". I said thank you and drove. This visit took 20 mins for fast food and now I'm leaving with cold fries, chicken nuggets and a hard chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed to say the least and I will not return again. I do wish this location well. It's very busy and I know they...
Read moreTldr; staff has always been great in my experience, place suffers from no cap on orders.
So here's the thing, with fast food places, the food is pretty much standard. If you are there for what the franchise is offering, you most often get it, with the change between locations being staff, dining/interaction experience, ambiance, and speed.
The staff has knocked it out of the park every time I've been there, catching if an error was made at times before I do, and offering remedies ASAP. My rating would be 5 star if just based on them.
The staff, however, is only capable of what is humanly possible, limited by equipment, cook times, etc. And this location needs to figure out if it wants to predominantly serve dining, drive-thru, and/or to-go mobile pick-up/McDs delivery. Right now it is trying to do them all, and results in customers' suffering because the location didn't limit to what's feasibly possible.
In example, I waited 45 - 50 minutes for a mobile order (as did about 5 other separate mobile orders) to get most of my order, minus my coffee, and decided walking out with my partial order was worth the 2 - 3 buck coffee loss compared to what may have been 10 to 15 more minutes to receive said coffee. And my order was wrong after that wait . This wasn't because of the staff but rather because they had WAY too many order beyond capacity that just set folks up for failure. In this case it was mobile orders being sacrificed (drive thru was speeding through, dining was going OK pace).
Limit your capacity to what you can accomplish, or grow accepting of poor reviews based on experiences like this.bat leadt 5 families were pissed via mobile delivery that morning, and most negative experiences DO get reviewed,...

He was diligent at following up until he could speak to me directly. I appreciate his desire to understand what happened, reverse the charges, and invite me to return as a guest.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I placed a breakfast order through the in-store kiosk and paid through the card saved on my McDonald’s app. I got a table tent number and waited 20 minutes for an oatmeal and a coke. Employees passed me several times and did not ask if I was waiting on an order. I informed the manager that my order had not been received despite being charged to my bank account. The manager said she could not help me because the order was not in their queue. I checked my account the following day and the charges cleared despite not receiving my food. I called the store but the manager said orders placed via kiosks “are supposed to show up in the system.” I informed him that this has happened at several stores and he informed me that they do not control the kiosks. I was unable to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I submitted a complaint through the McDonalds app but did not receive a case number to follow up. I had to dispute the charges through my bank because I cannot find the franchise owner to resolve the charges. I will no longer eat at McDonalds, which is probably a good thing for my blood...
