Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

as I walked in I was so hungry but I had to use the restroom. I waited about 2 minutes and a server came I politely asked to use the restroom and she was very kind to give me the code to the restroom. The restroom was clean and had soap and toilet paper 🙌. I was not sure what to order so I chose on of my favorites western bacon cheeseburger. let me tell you and to tell me the truth this is not the first time I have come across this issue. the Carl's on Euclid and orangthorp is well known for this as well. the onion rings were so burnt. I mean to a hard chrisp to where I could not bite down on it. I really thought it that I had found a rock in my burger or something. the onion inside was so liquid fried that it was not even an onion any more looked like deep fried caramel you would buy at a country fair . I threw the onion ring out the window to see if the birds would eat it but I could tell that we're having a hard time of it as well because it was as hard as a Rock. come on now Carl's worker making the food I know you're how hard that onion ring was and instead of using good judgement you made that burger and ways so you could move onto the next. what your failing to realize is that we spend our hard earned money working just like you. if there is a mishap in your paycheck you would throw a fit! think about that the next time you decide to make a poorly...

Usually I go to Carl's Jr can get my family meal for about 20 bucks. Today I go and I went to $32 they asked me if I could pull around the corner and wait because they're waiting on my French fries and onion rings I said no problem. Since when does the price of food go up but the quality go down. When they told me I was waiting for my fries and onion rings I was expecting at least to get hot french fries not cold and stale and not even full. Ordered a six piece star for my daughter and literally all six was missing an arm. That didn't even include the two baby onion rings that I got in my Western bacon cheeseburger and no barbecue sauce, what's up with that? I went to this location on 8/01/2025 on Saturday through the drive thru. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger and a small french fries. When I got to the window there was a man in a Red shirt tommy Hilfiger brand, I assume is a manager. His demeanor was immediately rude not even a hello. Once I paid he handed me a small bag then turned away and left ! Not even a thank you! I said excuse me my fries are missing! He rolled his eyes at me bagged a small french fry half full , literally tossed the bag at me and turned around walked away. Never again will I return to...
