Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I visited this store every weekend morning for breakfast. The customer service is usually pleasant. However, today, I arrived for my breakfast at 10:55am, I was assisted by Sonia, I asked her if I could have a Sausage egg cheese biscuit combo, she replied yes. Another worker inturpted her and told her no. Sonia replied to her that the still had breakfast. Dana gave her a very mean and disturbing look as she was assisting Robert the drive thru worker. Sonia than told me that I could not order the breakfast menu. I then asked to see the manager, Dana so rudely came to me from helping the drive thru to tell me that she is acting manager and that I will not be order breakfast in a very nasty tone. I asked for the manager number. Sonia gave me th number. Dana would not allow me to have her name. Sonia gave me Dana's and her name. This store has the potential to be great but Dana need work on how to be nicer and need better customer service skills as Manager. Dana lack...

When the Six Dollar Burger Came out few years back it was like 3 which was the Reason for the name to give you the sense that, look as are giving you a Burger worth Six Dollars for only three now the Six Dollar Burger just a Couple of Years later is not close to Six Dollars more Closer to Eight or Nine depending on which one you choose. So what are you to gather from a Burger that by its own name is only worth 6 Dollars yet your paying over Right for? Yep , Too High! Ripping us off just like another chain that for years had to charge 2.89$ For their Large drink but years later they do just fine for same drink at 1 $ now ? need to create a new One and change the name to the 12$ Burger so we can again feel like we are getting the better end...

Awful service. No one in front, not even a bell. I was there for a delivery and the employee showed up around 5-10 minutes after I had just been standing around the front. They made the order, which was a combo but they refused adding fries. The kid said that the combos ring up as combo but they only put fries in if the ticket says fries. They went on to say that if I “insisted on fries they would gladly give them to me but their combos NEVER include fries unless it’s extra. “ they also said the wait was due to a Christmas “thing” in the back.
