Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

This was thee worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The workers were very rude and not friendly. I was speaking very polite to them and all of them had an attitude. They also were rushing everybody to order and you can barely see the menu with all the people in the way. I know it could be hectic working customer service especially during a holiday, but somebody needs to teach you guys how to have a friendly and positive attitude no matter what the circumstances are. Earlier that’s day you guys were selling parking spots asking for customers but once you get them, you don’t know how to treat them? Even as I was observing waiting for my food they were being rude to other customers. The manager seemed like a hot head, and doesn’t know how to deal with people. No wonder that tip jar...

Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was a young man that took my order and greeted me at the window. He was rude and had no customer service skills. At first I though maybe he was just busy and in a hurry but he was just plain rude. I heard him with other customers and it was the same thing. He dropped an ice cream filled spoon into my car and acted as if nothing happened. After this horrid experience I asked for my receipt and the managers name. He wrote down the managers name but was shady about giving me his name. I called and found out his name is ZACK. Please take ZACK out of a customer facing role or give him some serious customer service training....

Bad service, took two different people just to take an order through the drive thru. Then to add to it, apparently a $14 lunch doesn't qualify for sauce....they still want to charge you for them. I guess "extra sauce .25¢" means "ANY sauce .25¢" here. THIS kind of thing is why DQ's are always empty and coworkers look at me like I'm crazy when I want to go to one for lunch. You can't charge top dollar for average fast food and then nickle and dime people for a cup of BBQ sauce.

Been to this location a few times and will never be back. I refuse to pay extra for basic things to go with a top dollar (for fast food) meal. Next thing they'll be charging for straws...
