Brandy Melville — Local services in Huntington Beach

I was with my friends at this shop on January 12th. Throughout the time I was there, we all tried on clothes and one of the employees was giving us bad looks. We figured she was just tired because it was the end of her shift. When I went in the dressing room originally my items had been counted. I realized one of the zippers on a sweater I grabbed was not working. I kept going in and out of the dressing room grabbing different items and bringing them in. The employees had no issue with this even though they were not counting my items. Later that night I was about ready to check out. I was looking at the necklaces with my asian and hispanic friend. I am white. I was grabbing necklaces off the rack and putting them back on. I walked away from my friends to go buy a sweater. My hispanic friend continued to look at the same exact necklaces I was looking at. This was one of the only times that night where I was not with my friends. The second we were seperated I witnessed the bleach dyed hair asian employee come up to my friends. She asked my hispanic friend to empty her pockets and accused her of stealing. When my friend did not have anything in her pockets, the employee did not apologize. I find it odd that she only decided to come up to my friend when I was not with her. I also find it odd that this same employee did not accuse me of stealing when I brought additional items into the dressing room. Clearly this was racial profiling and the employee who behaved this way...

i just went here and spent so much money. the girl wearing cowboy boots and a white top with highlights in her hair… she was sooo rude. she accidentally charged me for socks sitting on the counter that SHE forgot to take off and when i asked her if she could exchange them for a wallet she just gave me the dirtiest looks and it was just such a rude experience. it really ruined my night and i won’t be shopping at this one ever again. the girl was so rude for no reason cuz she charged me for the socks in the first place!!! like i for real walked up to the counter with a shirt and necklace and said JUST THESE TWO and i was like 40$?? for a shirt and necklace and she still charged me for the socks. and i have a witness. SO DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION JUST GO TO PACSUN OR URBAN OUTFITTERS THEY WILL TREAT U WITH RESPECT AND NOT ACT BETTER THAN...

I would like to share my shopping experience for the Huntington Beach Brandy Melville location. I was very hesitant to shop in the store based on customer reviews at other Brandy Melville locations. I encouraged both of my teenage daughters to please shop online due to customers complaining about poor customer service at other locations.

However, the Huntington Beach location did not disappoint with amazing customer service. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by the friendly sales associates. They offered to help us with picking out items and complimented both of my daughters. In addition, they made sure customers had a safe shopping environment by gently reminding customers to please wear a mask while shopping indoors. I’m will definitely visit this location again.
