Unprofessional Supervisor with a Deprived mindset by the name Glen P, is a Hispanic Latino that replaced previous supervisor Rehman. Glen P, is extremely disrespectful, cunning, crafty, Unprofessional, rude, Racist, discriminative, and degrading to customers like myself. Glen P, lacks leadership skills, knowledge and needs training in the field in running a restaurant with respect to all customers. His approach and delivery was unacceptable and unwelcoming to me as a gay individual and part of the LGBT community. He needs to take accountability of his actions and needs to stop using reverse psychology in accusing customers with false accusations and false witnesses. My experience was directly with him and no one else. I called customer relations with my statement and spoke with Stephanie in full details. Glen P, definitely needs training. I'm a regular customer in this specific location for ten year's and have never came across a issue with a Rude staff member. Read moreWould give negative stars or 0 if possible. The lack of customer service training that the cashier who took my grandmothers order amazes me. She was rude from the start and as my grandma was getting her money to pay ( she is 80+) so understandably so she takes her time, the cashier seemed to be bothered and rolled her eyes at my grandma for I'm assuming not paying quick enough. Keep in mind no one else was inside the establishment. After my grandmother felt uncomfortable about the whole situation ( my younger cousin was with her and told me the events that transpired) she asked for a refund and just wanted to leave the restaurant. The cashier then has the audacity to throw my grandma the change it wasn't till the point that the manager decided to make her way out. This place is a sorry excuse of a restaurant and should be closed down or at the very least trained in customer service if you think this is an appropriate way to treat customers and elderly customers at that. Cashier made back line aware of correct order. Ok. Cashier had lady from back line aware of overcharge, which was $5.99 plus tax .47 total 6.46. Lady said refund $5. (Lady was taken $1 off the refund of $6, which was wrong, that didn't affect the outcome). She didn't take the time to easily see the overcharge amount. Which I explained to her, which she didn't want to figure. Finally she told the cashier to refund $6, which was still under the actual overcharge of 6.46.)
