Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Usually good... But sometimes (this has happened at least 3x now) they will decide not to answer the phone 30-45 minutes before close. So good luck getting a phone order in.

Now the employees are disconnecting the phone 45 minutes before 6pm. Been trying to call an order in for 30 mins but the phone goes straight to voicemail. That's great. I have called 6x over the course of 30 mins. So I don't think they were taking orders for that entire time

Employees continuously disconnect phone up to an hour before close. Have not been able to get anything but immediately going to voicemail since 5pm. This happened 2x this week. The owner needs to talk to them or find new employees

We honestly stumbled upon this place... we were dumb and thought it was a burger place. 😒 We decided to try out and we blown away by how good the food was. We opened the containers in the car and were smacked in the face by an amazing aroma. I had a small bowl with white rice chicken veggies and onions. My husband had a small bowl with white rice half and half (chicken and beef) and onions. Both were great not heavy on the sauce but still packed with flavor, which surprised us both. WOW!!! This Flame Broiler location have delicious fresh food right off the grill. This location have a nice looking new design, the staff is friendly and very helpful when I bought six bowls and drink. They helped me with the sauce and carried my drinks and food to the car. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Unlike so many other flame broiler locations I have been to, they give nasty tough beef and gross looking chicken, even the tofu looks sad and white sometimes cold and not cooked.
