This is a terrible franchise they rarely have senior management inside the stores, it’s being run by inexperienced shift leads with attitudes, no knowledge or training on how to deal with customers or customer problems, they have a take it or leave it attitude here, id much rather leave it, I spend approximately $700 a month at this establishment and every morning is as unpleasant as the last, I always have issues when I go here, they get mad if you alter the food in any kind of way, and if they don’t like you they maliciously make your order wrong, I come here just about every morning because I work in Huntington Beach I work 16hrs a day 7 days a week, I get an iced coffee and two McGriddles and hash browns, I used to get a latte but I used to always have problems with them when I order the latte they would be upset when I altered it in any way, then they began to say it’s unavailable, the lattes have been unavailable for months now, they have papers on the ordering screen stating they don’t have it any more, this morning my order was made wrong, they put white egg in the McGriddle instead of the standard folded egg on both of the McGriddles and the hash browns were cold and stale, I live in Long Beach I order at this horrible establishment before I drive home to Long Beach 20 min drive home, I get home and realize yet again my order is wrong as it so often is but I usually don’t care to go through the hassle of dealing with getting a refund, today I decided enough was enough I drove all the way back to get my refund, the manager had an attitude from the beginning, I told her what was wrong and the egg that was put in the sand witch was wrong she sighed loudly the walked away and told the line worker to make a new on, she wasn’t aware I can speak Spanish at the time, and I heard her say snarky remarks to the line cook about me as she asked her if she made the sandwich wrong and she acted like she never made it that way I must have modified it myself because they didn’t make it that way, she told my she can only fix the one sandwich I brought in, I told her I’d prefer a refund because I had already lost my appetite with the way she was speaking to me, she was only willing to give me a refund for the one sandwich I brought in, instead of defusing the situation and issuing the refund she proceeded to add fire to the situation arguing back and fourth with me telling me she will do nothing more for me, then she walked away I stood there for 30 mins as they ignored me and make jokes about me in Spanish, so I spoke back them in Spanish and I was pretty upset at this point I turned off their lights and they called the cops on me and still refused to give...

Read moreI woke up today in a happy mood not realizing the trauma that was headed of me right before my eyes. I was trying to order dinner when I noticed the mcdonald’s employees messed it up. These employees had one single job which was to get my order right. They can’t just do simple things. Now me and my wonderful family couldn’t eat dinner because of this cause. This brought me stress and anxiety, my family is already suffering of severe mental illness. We do not deserve to be treated this way just because of our color that we are told to be proud of. I feel targeted and racially attacked. My dear daughter Ava came back from the hospital from attempting suicide hoping she would be welcomed back with nice and warm dishes of her favorite meal.
