Sunset Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Fabulous food at this place. Made fresh and staff super friendly makes you feel like part of the family. We had 6 in our party. So sat at back booth. Small dining area, so larger parties harder to accommodate. Only place for us to sit was that booth, had to wait about 30 minutes, but we just walked over to beach to see sunset and walked back and table was ready. They brought foccacia to the table that was brushed with garlic butter that was delicious. We had 13, 14, 18, 21 and 2 adults in our party and everyone could not get enough of the bread, our down fall. 😆 13 YO ordered salmon with linguine and LOVED it. He orders it at just about every restaurant looking to duplicate the one that his step-dad makes for him that is also delicious. The 14 YO got a 16" meat lovers pizza and ate about half of it, also gave two thumbs up. 18 YO got chicken alfredo and also gave two thumbs up. 21 YO had the trio and gave 👌 I had the chicken limone and it was best I have had and I have had it at multiple of main chain restaurants. We also had the fried ravoili with cheese and beef. To die for! Best we have had also. Can't recommend this...

Mixed feelings about this place. I called for a reservation and the person told me they don’t take reservations but that there was a table ready. We arrived and saw a big empty table for our 5 people. The same lady I had just spoken to said that there was a party of 7 coming in that had reserved that table. Upon asking her about our previous interaction, she contradicted herself and proceeded to make us wait for an additional 15 minutes before another (cramped) table opened up.

We put in our order, and the main thing we wanted (pepperoni and jalapeno pizza), was left off of our order. We asked our server about it and she said she put it in. We asked her again and she said, oh do you want me to put in the order for here or to go🤦🏻‍♂️? We said for here, and got it about 20 minutes after we had finished all of our food.

Really enjoyed the food. Great quality, delivered HOT, not warm but hot and fresh.

We are at a local hotel and just spent the day at the beach. None of us felt like going out to dinner so we ordered delivery.

I got a chicken dish with spinach and artichoke hearts (pleasantly surprised at the huge amount of veggies in the dish). Excellent. The chicken and pasta came in separate containers which was a really nice touch. My husband got the sausage panini with salad. Our daughter got the chicken Alfredo penne. Everything was thoroughly enjoyed.

Delivery was really prompt, the delivery person was very nice.

Cost is about when you would expect for food of this quality. It isn't expensive, but it isn't bargain cheap either. You get good food in large portions.
