Taco Bell — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Not really the greatest Taco Bell I'd give this one just under three stars hence the two-star review a lot of their burritos have like the ingredients separate depending on which bite you take and one thing that was very annoying is I had to repeat my order almost eight times for each item because they would get it wrong in some way and these weren't very complicated items most of them are just the item itself and there was like two things where I added some lettuce and it took me like 15 minutes just to place the order it seemed that's exaggerating but it was very frustrating and then when I got there the person did not speak English that worked the cash register which is totally fine but it's not really great in a service position right there I happen to understand what she was saying in Spanish so everything went smoothly but it would have been very very hard for someone that didn't understand any Spanish at all I would avoid this Taco Bell and drive somewhere a little further or go to...

The portions are skimpy. If you enjoy eating carbs with a smear of meat. Then taco bell is right for you. I took a bite(crunchwrap supreme) and immediately took it up to the counter and showed what appeared to be a spot of smeared beef.

The gentleman in the manager shirt and tie said nothing. The cashier who took my order was silent. However, the woman who prepared my ordered. Took the roll as manager and stated that she was.

Clearly she was not. However manager guy was not up to the task and allowed a subordinate to do his job. I explained the problem with my order and was offered other choices.

The app said the Mexican pizza was not available at this site, but they had posters in the windows.? The drive thru was packed so I chose to walk in. The new layout is confusing with the self help terminals. Who do you see? The counter person or the terminal? I want my drink cup so I see the counter person. Luckily they took my order. But whether I get my food faster at the walk up or drive thru or terminal I couldn't decide although I suspect drive thru was fastest. But if I didn't go in I'd not have saw the new iced tea. I forget the name but it tastes like grape soda. The food on par with other taco bells. It's the service that counts. I was generous with 4 stars....
