zpizza — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Wow what a disappointment, don’t think that they quite understand business that well. I ordered a couple ceaser salads from here and a lot of the lettuce was brown. So I am here by the restaurant and gave them a call to inform them and see if they would replace them, I checked my account for the date and time prior to calling which was pointless because apparently they wanted me to bring the salad in to prove it to them lol. The girl Sara says that’s their policy because they have had ppl do that before, so I say do what and she says well they say it was burnt or something and they ask for another pizza and eat that one. So I say how do u know it wasn’t burnt and she says well because they eat it. I mean come on folks now granted I am sure maybe somebody here and there might make it up but what terrible customer service. They must really be struggling where every penny counts and it is no doubt due to their policies it’s weird how it works out like that u tighten up and u lose money u loosen up and u make money make ur customers happy they come back call them liars and be strict and stingy they don’t, tough concept I know. I wonder what their customer acquisition price is, I wonder if they even know. I wonder if they realize how many choices we have these days and how easy it is to go somewhere else now I’m not saying give the place away but make ur customers happy so u retain them idk or don’t and see how that works...

Horrible customer service experience back to back. Placed an order for delivery and called an hour later to ask where it was. They said it was out for delivery. Called agin 45 min later and apparently it was on the counter waiting for pick up. A Month later again placed an order because I had a free pizza from the last experience and specifically asked for delivery and he said 45 minutes. Called one hour later to see where the order was and he said “I don’t see it here. It’s probably out for delivery but let me check and I will call you back.” He called back to say that he specifically remembers me saying it’s for pick up. And when I expressed my frustration that “it’s the same damn thing as the last time” the guy told me to calm down and be respectful because I used the word “damn”. I asked for a manager and who happed to be right next to him and he got in the phone a second later to tell me that they don’t deliver free pizzas. Which I understand and I told him I would have bought something else if they told me that in the first damn place. Again because I used the word damn, the manager also told me to please be respectful. And what do you want me to do. So I told him to charge my card $15 and deliver the DAMN pizza. He said he won’t charge but he will deliver the pizza. I got the pizza. Very poor experience and I will definitely never order...

Okay I'm eating at this place twice in Costa Mesa... One time it was awesome the second time I came in late and the door was wide open they were preparing pizzas... The manager said he wouldn't take my order and I asked him why and he said I had to order off of Uber eats app. I don't do ubereats app and I certainly am not going to download it so somebody can walk in the door and pick up the pizza and hand it to me 5 ft later so he makes me a pizza but then he said oh I already have it made and he gives me a burnt one. I thought that was really mean and creepy so for some reason I came back tonight and they're wide open making pizzas but they told me I had to go to Uber eats download the app order the pizza and wait for the lady that lives in Cucamonga to get here and hand me the pizza from the counter these people are crazy. It's easy for me to never come here again because I remember the last pizza as having a burnt crust and a distinct flavor it was the kind of flavor that had nodes that told me to go to Bakersfield and spin on broken glass. I think these people may be are sun bears and they are in Bear suits and I am on TV. So I'm going to go on the street again, looking for locations, I'll get my own zpizza and I will hire a manager that breaks bottles and tells people...
