Had the worst experience here. I decided to give this place a try with my family since the Crenshaw Location closed down. We ordered 110 wings two large fries and tater tots. We were asked to provide them a 40 minutes window which respectfully since it was a large order we did. Upon returning maybe about 20 minutes in since we saw people leaving with larger orders we decided to go see if my large order was ready. I was told someone else ordered with my same name and took my meal and I provided my receipt to show my order was paid for and not ordered thru online. The attending manager Reina/Reyna came forward with an attitude stating she could not provide me a refund and upon inspection the nice cashier who had attended us vouched for us and said yes she took our order and we were the gentleman who made the order of over 90 wings. The attending manager then requested my receipt and stated to provide them a 30 minutes. After returning to the car to advise my wife we went to wait for the order 15 minutes in. The attending manager was very rude and asked us to double check the order .My wife then stated she was the one with the original receipt and Reina/Reyna provide a dirty receipt with an attitude and in a sense shoed us away. Since i didn't want my wife making a scene we decided to take the large bags and leave. Once we arrived at home we saw we were short an order of wings and the wings where in torn up boxes. I decided to let me wife just email corporate about it since i was not in the mood to drive another 15-20 minutes back to that location. Read moreThis is an edit to the first review I wrote. I came in today, Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 5:50pm and ordered the 6 piece traditional wings bundle. I got the mango habanero flavor. I asked the nice cashier how long the order would take because there were at least 7 people in the waiting area, plus there were at least 15 orders pending on the monitors and the young girl told me it would take about 20-30 minutes. Surprisingly enough, the order took about 23 minutes to get to the locker area, which was way less time than the first time I went there and ordered food. I was out of the restaurant by 6:13pm with my order in hand.
After I got the order, I left the food in my car and then went to Food4Less to buy an item. When I got home, the wings and fries were still warm and were absolutely delicious. I only have 2 issues this time but they aren't issues that'll make me give a bad rating: 1. I asked for carrots with the order, since they didn't have celery, but when I got home and opened the bag, the carrots weren't in there. And, 2. The service around the time I went today was very expedient, which makes me wonder that the managers might be having some issues with the employees that work during the morning hours.
Overall, my experience this time was very pleasant and I will most definitely be coming back and I'll probably stop ordering wings from Wing Stop from now...
Read moreI placed an order online and it said it would be ready in 50 minutes. That’s bad enough but it gets way, way worse. I came in a few minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. The time came and my order wasn’t out. 10,15 and then 20 minutes passed (AFTER the set pickup time) and no food, I asked what was going on and they said someone probably took it (because they just leave your food out on shelves for anyone to take, and I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt by assuming they were actually telling the truth, but it’s fully possible they never made it to begin with). They said they were gonna remake it as a “priority”. ANOTHER 20 minutes passed, during which time I saw them bring out several other people’s food. I finally just asked for a refund. A grand total of 2 whole hours wasted on this. The worst part, though, was that they NEVER ONCE apologized, never expressed ANY sort of empathy for what had happened to me or spoke to me in any compassionate manner.
