La Michoacana Ice Cream — Restaurant in Huntington Park

So I went today to get some mangoneadas with my daughter to this location and the guy that served us was really out of place, we want it 2 mangoneadas and he kept asking that he got more flavors when I told him we just want the regular ones then he proceed to asked my daughter are you sure,? I told him we just told you that's what we one, then he Said we'll I asked her just to make sure and I told him I know her that's what she want ..like I said we want 2 mangoneadas and then he said so you also going to be kissing her boyfriends to approve them? I stayed quiet and I let it go but then he kept with those type of comments...until I was about to pay he gave me a taste of the new flavor ice cream starbucks he once again said so you can have some love for yourself!! That's when I told him ok enough is enough! Are you going to keep with this attitude or you going to drop it? Did I need to talk to the manager? Or whats going to happened? He said that he didn't want it that and he apologized. This is the second time that I go to this location we went to get some goodies not to be dealing with the worse costumer service if the owner see this please make sure to train your workers better I read comments like this before I went to this location and I want it to give it a try myself, and is truth the service is bad! The workers are very rude and disrespectful! Very out of line..please do something about this! We love la michoacana and we just want to enjoy some tasty sweet goodies not really waste time and money in a place that give a very bitter costumer service we deserve to be treated with...

This was usually my to go place for icecream my daughters love the ice cream from here but today was an exception I went in today with my mom and daughters everything was going well, my mom and I ordered 2 eskimales the employee first said she was able to do it for us witch was great , while she was getting all our order together people started coming in and their were 3 persons behind me, Once I was ready to pay the girl that was helping us out stated she was gonna be unable to do the eskimal for us I asked her why is that and her response was so unprofessional she stated because we are bussy and we have other customers and we have to do a doordash order mind u I'm a customer myself and I'm asking them for a eskimal nothing crazy just an icecream with chocolate that would of took her 2 min to make everytime I go I order the same thing never had a problem , I asked to speak to the owner or manager not sure but the Man that is always their he refused to talk to me because he was bussy making ice cream pops, this by far was the worst experience here everyone was so unprofessional. I'm sorry but if u guys tend to be a bussy ice cream shop that cant handle 3 people waiting to be helped I would highly suggest u hire more staff so that customers dont have to be...

Today before 830 pm we stopped planning to get icream cream. We noticed there was a family of three inside buying before us with their masks off. We decided to wait for them to come out, but they were taking forever to do so. The man had the nerves to raise his hand with the ice cream , like cheering and then continued eating it inside the store with no consideration to the female employee who was assisting them. I felt bad for her because she seemed uncomfortable and intimidated to tell them to put their masks on. 😷 My family and I walked away.....Management please train your team better to ask people to follow protocol to protect your employees, their families and the customers that most likely would have come after them. I wonder if your employee disinfected the area...
