
After placing an order on this same model of bike in the color "Summer", a week later I was notified that suddenly the bike was out of stock. It wasnāt out of stock when I ordered it but suddenly it was now. I was disappointed, but they told me they had the bike available in "Misty Blue" and I told them to go ahead and send that one to me. Upon receiving the bike, which was in a LARGE box sitting on my porch after the FedEx guy just dropped it there without notifying me, I opened it up to put it together. There were no assembly instructions to be found. Before you say that I should have taken it to a professional bike mechanic, understand that there is a pandemic and I was pretty confident that I could put it together myself (and it came with tools to assemble it, which implies that you can do it yourself). However, no assembly instructions made this VERY difficult. So I emailed Mr.Bikes and asked if I could have some assembly instructions so I could put my bike together. No response after two days, when they had no problem responding right away when I told them to go ahead and send the bike in a different color. So at that point, I decided to go off of the photo of the bike and common sense and put it together within 3 hours. I must also add that the screw to adjust the seat was too short and had been stripped, so I had to go out and buy a new, longer screw to even be able to ride the bike at my adjusted height. Itās been a week since emailing them for assembly instructions and still no response. But I certainly got an email asking me to review my purchase. I wasnāt planning on it, but since that was so much more important than sending me instructions to assemble the bike that wasnāt even the color I ordered in the first place, here I am, leaving a review. Thanks for the bike Mr. Bikes but also thanks for the most minimal help imaginable. Proceed with caution, to those who are interested in purchasing a bike. These people do this a lot, and worse. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau, you wonāt like...

I made my purchase on may 18, 2023 and the website state 1-5 day delivery, I received a tracking number that stated that my bike was shipped and was located in south El Monte. The tracking status never changed from that location after waiting two weeks after my purchase, still no bike, or updates I called the company. I was told theyād call me back in a few minutes with the update, I was never called back. I called again the next day to and was told the same thing, that Iād be called in a few minutes and I again I didnāt receive a call back, I had to call again myself after a few hours. Then I was told that they didnāt know why it never left the El Monte location, but that I would be sent a new bike and that heād send me a new tracking number the following day. After two days I had to call yet again because I did not receive the new information and I was told that heād send out the bike the following day and that itād be sent out 3-4 days. On the fourth day I still had not received my purchase so I called again and was told there was a mix up and that they were still using the old tracking number. I was told I would receive it in two days. I received the bike and upon opening the box I noticed I did not receive the drop bars that I had ordered instead I got riser bars, which I called them and asked and I was told they shipped separately which did not state on the website nor did they mentioned when speaking on the phone with them. They told me the drop bars would come the day after, yet they didnāt. There was cosmetic blemishes on the bike,The tools sent to assemble the bike did not fit the parts, thereās missing washers for the wheels, the riser handlebars that were sent did not fit, and the brakes were broken. I spent $433.92 on this purchase and now I find myself spending more money just to replace the missing parts for this new bike. Terrible service with this company they definitely sucked the fun out of this...

Absolutely zero customer service for online purchases, they do not respond to any calls or emails and if they respond to your calls they are completely dishonest and seem to know nothing about their own product. There are mixed reviews on here about their online store - I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a go, but that didn't turn out in my favor at all. Spent $500 USD on a bike but thankfully PayPal has my back and I got a refund after I disputed it after waiting 30 days for seemingly nothing; despite when I did get a call from them (coincidentally nearly immediately I filed the PayPal dispute) they said they 'shipped it' 10 days prior to the dispute and gave me a dummy tracking number which showed that the thing hadn't even been picked up by FedEx. The one thing I didn't get back however was the time I wasted trying to even get a response from this 'business'. They seem to have a legit brick and mortar store but their online store is an absolute scam - worst customer service I've ever dealt with hands down. They are that bad they even let the PayPal dispute timeout (i.e. they didn't respond to the dispute in under 10 days) which then means that PayPal automatically refunds the money to me - if that's any indication of how they run their business. If you value your time, don't even bother looking on their website or even going into their physical store for that matter if they treat their physical business the same as their online business. Even if their aim was to scam me out of my money I'd still give them 1 star because they did a pretty pathetic job...
