This store does not help. If you need technical support or help with questions regarding your bill, they will tell you false information to get you to pay your bill. Stay away from a female worker named ZENDA she is clueless when it come to assisting you with questions of your bill. She told me false information on paying a canceled bill. I paid what she said I had to pay to get the service active again, but before that I had asked more than once if I pay what I owed the phone would the service be active, she replied “Yes” & seemed like she was trying to rush me to pay. After when she comes back with the receipt & checks the account AGAIN & says you owe a substantial amount, 5 TIMES MORE THAN WHAT I PAID. If I knew I needed to pay a LARGE substantial amount I would’ve not paid today. Why didn’t zenda tell me that before accepting my payment. I ASKED THE APPROPRIATE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CONCERNS, IF SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THEM SHE SHOULDN’T GIVE FALSE INFORMATION. SHE SHOULD ASK ANOTHER EMPLOYEE FOR ASSISTANCE.The manger with the tattoos On both arms is flat out rude and just as clueless as Zenda. He also seemed angry & BOTHERED that I was complaining about ZENDA. He didn’t even grasp the severity of the problem ZENDA got me in. You could clearly tell he did NOT CARE ABOUT MY SITUATION. All he could say to help my situation was call customer service. What’s the point of having “so called tech savvy experts?” If all they could say is call customer service to help you. Now with that being said, whomever is in charge of their "authorized dealers" really needs to get in touch with this particular location. There was probably 10 people "ahead" of me according to the girl standing at the front door greeting everyone walking in; she also mentioned that there was only two customer service reps at that time. Now if she had time to give me the whole speech about how I was most likely going to wait for an hour an a half, why not ask me why I'm there and try to help instead of raining on my parade right from the start?? Mind you I was just there to replace a SIM card.
Anyway, I decided to be brave and wait for a bit...
Fast forward to 30 minutes later, another girl that was sitting behind a desk in the back finally came to ask what it was that I actually needed; a SIM card! She quickly advised she couldn't give me one because she would need to call customer service to install/activate the card. Really? I just asked her to give me the card and that I would be more than happy to call customer service myself.

I was told I needed to come into the store with the person who was going to take responsibility of the line. Today I came back as told and was told they could not assist me because on weekends they only focus on sales and it takes time to do the tranfer. REALLY???!!! They completely shut me down because I was not making a purchase which means they are not making money. They told me my only options was to call customer service or come weekdays when service is slow. The store was not even full of customers. Never going back to this place. On the other hand, straight after my dissatisfied experience I went to the AT&T store at Montebello Mall and had the most wonderful customer service/experience ever. I recommend all to go to AT&T in Montebello. They were able to assist me with no problems. They were in disbelief when I told them the AT&T at HP focused more on sales than customer service.
