Arby's — Restaurant in Huntington

Sorry, but they tricked people. Including our Taxi driver. Tried to offer a "special" on like 5 regular roast beef for like $10. I forget exactly. It was on the drive thru menu! Then tried to give us those nasty "higher end product" onion buns! NO! That isn't "regular"!! And you know it. She tried to act like we did something wrong when we said No and rejected it politely. Not sure if their onion buns were building up because nobody wants them and they had to find a way to get rid of a bunch of them or what. That's what it felt like. Don't act like you have a deal on the lowest end product that is actually better and then try to push a worse product on people. What did you expect us to think "Oh wow! We got better buns!" and just accept it? That way you don't have to take a loss on the onion buns when they go bad and it saves you on your regular buns? I'm sorry for your loss. That isn't pleasant. It costs you and that could mean you are hindered on giving us customers specials and deals. But I'm not accepting anything I don't want or like if that's not what I ordered. Just stop buying and having the horrific onion buns! Nobody likes them! At least VERY few. I remember when I first saw the advertisements with those buns. It looked like it could be really good on the TV advertisements, but they were awful in reality. The onion seems to add a taste like the onion is really old and sat out going bad and someone over roasted and burnt them. Burnt bad old stale onion. Ugh! I'm sure you get the idea. The absolute worst service. I have never had someone at a fast food facility be so rude, even my 10 year old daughter looked at me and asked “Mommy, why is she so rude”? The workers name was Barbara.
