Tried Blue Sky for the first time tonight, and was not impressed. We did carryout, so perhaps that was some of the issue?
I ordered the Blue Sky Club with honey mustard instead of the chipotle ranch. It came slathered in regular mustard. Understandable mixup. The roast beef was okay, but the ham and turkey were super thick cuts of that waterlogged meat that is usually used for cubing up into salads (like ham steak). Not exactly what you want to bite into on a sandwich. I also had chicken noodle soup and fries. The soup was decent, but fries were cold and soggy.
My husband ordered the turkey club with potato soup. Same issue with the oddly thick, rubbery turkey. His soup was so thick and overcooked that it didn't resemble soup - it looked like a glob of playdough.
Kiddo got the kids cheese pizza - she was satisfied.
Overall, very disappointed that I spent over $30. I definitely want to give them another try, as I've heard good things about their breakfast. The photos of breakfast items look delicious. We'll try dining...

We sat down I ordered a country fried steak and eggs and asked if they could please deep fry my potatoes and make them extra crispy, I even added that if they accidentally brunt them it will be fine I like them brunt. Someone else delivered the raw potatoes to our table and as soon as the waitress seen me remove them from my plate she proceeded to ghost us to the extent that we had to ask the cashier for our check. Wow, I have never in my life had such bad service. I really don’t care that the potato’s were slimy mush, I expected it, I just would have liked some acknowledgment and maybe an apology, but this woman decided to just ignore us instead. I told the cashier and our waitress to make sure they turned the rug around so nobody else fell and when we left the rug was still there and sticking up towards the front door. Waitress brought our bill with our food and never returned to the table. Then they charge you 3% of your bill to use your card and way over priced for under done eggs.
