Verizon — Local services in Huntington

9/29/23 new review I need to give a new review for Alyssa. I just got a new phone and when I got it all set up, it would not Let me attach documents or pictures to my text messages. I called Verizon technical support end. They have me on the phone two and a half plus hours. The first person had me on there a long time and then transferred me to a second higher level technician. He talked to me quite a while he did all kinds of tests same as the first person and nothing was working, so he did something then with the SIM card and he blew up my phone so that it wouldn't do anything. Context couldn't call couldn't do anything. So I went immediately to our Verizon store in my town. And happened to get Alyssa again to help me. She was very kind. Courteous knowledgeable and very helpful. Within. I would say maybe 10 minutes or 15. She had my phone back up and running and the picture attachment was corrected and everything was fine. She did in 10 or 15 minutes. What text support couldn't do in close to 3 hours. I think someone that can do that deserves a raise or a promotion! Thank you, Alyssa!

Huntington Store manager; Paula, was extremely helpful this evening when I came in to find out what happened to my “notes” after having switched just last week to an upgrade newer phone. She was extremely knowledgeable about my situation and offered some suggestions that the Verizon store where I traded phones at (Fort Wayne) had failed to do to try and get my problem solved. She took the time needed and answered all my questions! She’s a keeper, reward her for a job well done!

......UPDATE: came in a few days later in hopes of obtaining my prior NOTES (as requested with a full day of charging on my old cell phone). Store manager Paula once again assisted me and she went above and beyond and was able to retrieve my NOTES!
