Sunday Oct 4, 2020 Can't say enough good things about the awesome experience I had this morning at the Huntington, IN Kroger (Owens). I went online last night and ordered almost $400 worth of groceries, completely restocking for the next few weeks. I didn't know it would be pouring rain when I went to pick them up curbside. The two young men who loaded my groceries were kind and patient. They made sure my eggs, bread, and potato chips were placed gently and securely on top of all the heavier items, even though it was cold and they were getting soaked. They asked if there was anything else they could do for me and politely refused when I offered to tip, saying it's against store policy. I thanked them for loading such a huge order in the rain. One shook his head, smiled, and said, "It's ok. We know what we're getting into." I would have asked their names, but I didn't want to keep them out in the rain any longer. Those gentlemen deserve...

Read moreOk tell we got ready to check out. The checker was great but the bagger was not the best at all. To much self in the bags to heavy and only one bag for all of the self. Never had him before and hope never have to have him again. Ask him to put two bags or double them up and his relp was WHY. Because l ask you to please he rolled his eyes and never did. It was hard for me and my sister to load and unload them we are both disabled and over 70yrs old. I have cancer ovarian stage 4. She walks with a cane. I use a electric cart.
