AT&T Store — Local services in Huntington

Morgan B. Is rude and not educated on AT&T products and services. She is rude on the phone and in person. We had trouble with our SIM card and needed help. ATT customer service stated their systems were updating and we needed to go to an ATT store to have it replaced or updated. When we did, Morgan B. came out to help us curbside due to COVID19. When she came out she was very short with us. She took the SIM card (which was not the problem according to corperate) and went into the store. She returned gave us a new SIM, which we tried and it still did not work. I called the store while sitting in the parking lot and I was told that my husband (I'm not married) was rude with her yesterday on phone so they would not be helping ME anymore. I was frustrated as anyoneone would be. I wanted my money back for the SIM but they would not answer the phone. I went to door and knocked and they stood in there just looking at me. I knocked harder still no response just stood there. I even signaled to answer the phone. The next thing I know the cops were there telling me I have to leave and if I came back I would be charged with trespassing. I left. After the young lady managing the store lied to me on 3 occasions I switched to Verizon. I had 6 lines with AT&T and ported my parents from Verizon to my account. I was told that I would get their new flip phones for free as they were porting from a competitor. She restated it when my parents were in there so they heard her on one of the occasions. Then my mother who is in her 80s stopped in with an issue and the manager was rude to her instead of calling me to ask if mom had authority to make the change. The final straw was when I questioned why the phones were charged to my account, she stated she had never said they would be free! My wife immediately said questioned her as did I... she stated she had never told us they would be free... the phones only cost $60 each,... any way I switched all 8 lines to Verizon and got new iPhones for buy one get one, I also got $300 in rebates for porting my apple watches and iPad!!! She has no customer service skills...

This store is an absolute joke! I purchased a Netgear hotspot back in March, had it for 5 days because I had to go back to the store three times because the individual setting it up seem to not know how to set it up properly! After the third time of going in there to get it fixed, we brought it back home and it glitched out every 5 minutes so I returned it after having it for less than a week. I went back to the store and the man working told me he couldn’t accept it because I didn’t have the original box it came in and advised me to go to the UPS store drop off. So I did that. Three months later I’m being told that I owe $409 or it’ll be sent to collections and absolutely no one can tell me why. After already being charged $114 for a wireless device and Samsung watch that I never had so I called and the lady canceled my account but I somehow still owe this money.
