Went here a week ago. Spent 1 hour stuck in the drive thru. I wanted to leave but I was trapped between the curbs. Ordering my food was painful because I asked for these new nachos and the board literally said "Try our new Veggie Grande Nacho Box". She told me that that wasn't a thing. Then after explaining to her that it was a thing because I was looking right at it, she found it. The girl was rude when I asked for them to repeat my order at the window (because it has been 40 minutes since I ordered, I wanted to make sure it was right). Got my food and drove off. Then found that my nacho box nachos were soggy and that they didn't even give me the right bag of food. There were at least 4 workers inside and they were not taking orders from the front counter, just drive through. There was only 6-7 cars max in front of me when I pulled in, I think I started in line at 2 cars behind the order screen. How in the heck could it take 1 hour to get through six cars. I was actually turning off my truck between moving because it was taking so long and it was wasting all of my gas, not to mention wasting my entire evening... Emailed corporate about my experience because I want a refund and I haven't heard anything back. I have noticed that the service has been terrible for at least the last month. I'm not going back to this Taco Bell until...
Read moreI don’t like giving negative reviews but this was so poorly handled I thought I was in the twilight zone. Waited an hour and a half in the drive through to never get our food. It’s a drive through where you can’t pull around to leave after waiting forever. They said someone walked out but the girl at the drive through just sat on her phone the entire time not helping kitchen staff (it’s not like she could take orders anyway with the backed up line). After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common pattern. They never gave updates we knocked on the window (after being there over an hour) in which they told us “10 more minutes”. 25 minutes later they said, “do you just want a refund? It’s still going to be a while.” Absolutely blown away that a chicken quesadilla, a chalupa, and two tacos could not be done in all that time. Went to a gas station after to get some snacks since we never got food and the attendant says that this is a pattern with this Taco Bell. Staff have zero ability to handle a situation like a staff member leaving. It’s not like it was one person covering the whole store, they were just too dumb to update consumers and delegate tasks to work more...
