Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Huntington

I brought my son and his 2 friends for his 9th birthday. We were bummed they discontued the dessert pizzas. They said they stopped carrying them once corona virus began. It was fine we just ordered extra appetizers. I specifically said as appetizers. We ordered 4 sodas 3 of them being mountain dew. The waitress brought 1 pepsi and said the mountain dew was being changed. It was 15 minutes before getting our drink order. Then our pizza took 40 minutes, they were not busy....and our 3 appetizers came with the meal. Having 3 children with me it would have been nice to occupy them. We did play math games.... the waitress assured me she told the cook we wanted it prior to our dinner. I said I understand. I left her a tip as I believe it wasnt her fault. At checkout the manager Ralph asked us how our meal was. I let him know the situation, he acted like he didnt even hear me. He didnt even say Im sorry this has happened. Ill find out what happened. Nothing. I think that is what is most upsetting as he had the opportunity to show empathy and he chose not to. There is many pizza options in Huntington. I will chose not to eat at this location as my son now says Pizza Hut is like Chucky Cheese. The establishment knew it was a fail, when the 9 year old says how thirsty they are and are frusterated. I am writing this in hopes that they do better...

Tried to order a delivery to nearby Comfort Inn, but the website rejected it. I went to call in my order, and they rudely said they don't deliver here, and hung up before I could try and switch to a carryout order. Front desk had no idea what it was about, and said they deliver here often. This is one Pizza Hut location I will not try and order from again.

EDIT: The manager reached out to me. He apologized, said they do deliver there, and that this is not how they treat there customers. He said since there was no actual order, he wasn't able to identify the employee I spoke to; and he was prepared to make a gesture in apology, but since it was a one time trip, he couldn't do anything. I have never been a big fan of pizza hut. My son entered kindergarten this past year and once a month he gets a book it coupon for doing his reading. He is always excited about this we normally order about 20 to 25 dollars worth of food for our family once a month. After using about 6 book it's this school year the manager tells me that they can not deliver our food because they are after I dont really have the coupon and I'm going to steal there 5 dollar pizza. The pizza in my opinion is the 2nd worst in town. Then on top of that they think there customers are stealing from them. I only live 2 miles from them and I always give a 5 dollar tip to the driver. All this being said I will not being eating pizza hut again to to food quality...
