Arby's — Restaurant in Huntsville

The dining room was clean, the service was kind. One of the reasons that I'm not giving them four stars is that although we had to wait several minutes for our food, my French fries were nearly cold. They were curly fries, and the selection looked pretty good and so far as long intact and aesthetically pleasing swirls and curls. But they were not hot in fact some were nearly room temperature. I took them back up and they made me some more and the ones that I got back were extremely hot but over half of the bag worth pieces that were smaller than 2 in each. It felt like maybe I got the bottom of the bag. The other reason that I wouldn't give my experience four stars is that every car that went through the drive thru had to wait about as long as we did. As we ate in the dining room, and we took our time because my wife and I don't get out enough, I probably saw five or six cars have to wait. It was at that time my conspiratorial inclinations told me that the reason everything was so clean is because they had already shut down while they were still open. I'm not sure if that's true, but it put a damper on the evening. Overall the new fries were good and plenty although...

I had a great experience at the Arby’s in Jones Valley today! Chelsie took my order and was absolutely delightful—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. She made choosing my meal easy and even put a smile on my face with her positive attitude. It’s nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome just by being themselves.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the food—it tasted fresh and satisfying without that heavy fast food feeling. I ordered a few lighter items from the menu, and they really hit the spot.

The service was quick, and everything was clean and well-kept, including the women’s restroom, which was spotless (a detail that really makes a difference when you’re dining out). Big thanks to the folks behind the counter and behind the scenes—the food was great, and your efforts didn’t go unnoticed.

I came in late, after 8 p.m. and ordered a Gyro, Reuben, Beef and Cheese, Curly Fries and a Jamocha Shake.

I loved the meal. It was extravagant indulgent and awesome. The food was served served very fast and at excellent temperature. The Gyros sandwich was delicious, everything you want from a gyros, tender, yet crispy meat, creamy taziki sauce lettuce and soft pita. The Reuben was excellent, very salty meat with a delicious sauce. The beef and cheese was light and deliciously beefy and cheesy. The Jamocha shake is a classic delicious coffee cream
