I've always liked Baskin-Robbins, and visit this location about once a month or so. My last visit was a late evening trip. I checked the hours beforehand, and they closed at 10pm. I paid for my order at 9:23, followed by a group of about 5 people. I sat down, and they sat a table or two away, only for the employee to lean over the counter to inform us that "our dining room closes at 9:30, and uh... that's in 2 minutes." Now, I have no problem with a store having take-out later than dine-in, but there were no signs to indicate this and the employees expected us to leave promptly at 9:30, regardless of the fact that we had just sat down. I didn't come here to eat in my car, but to sit down and enjoy the product. I've never been kicked out of a dining room before, as I've always understood that the tables already present are allowed to finish before leaving. This was really disheartening, and I don't know if I want to return anytime soon to a store that clearly doesn't want my business.

Read moreI’m torn between giving this location one star because of management and five stars because of the service. My gf and I went last night (Saturday) around 8pm. It was packed, the line was practically out the door. We got excellent and quick service, but the customers were never ending. After being served, we sat in our car in front of the building eating our ice cream. We watched as about 30 customers came and went. We saw people that walked up and left once they saw the line. The reason this is a problem is bc the staff consisted of two young women, probably late teens at the oldest. These ladies were doing their absolute best, being so friendly and providing excellent service. But anyone would be overwhelmed trying to serve that many people by yourself with one coworker. This location used to be a graveyard. Any time I went, there was maybe one other customer, but the last few times I’ve been in the past few months, they’ve been packed with at most two people working. Before I order I make sure the coupon I had a BOGO free of equal value was good for what I was ordering. I ordered two Triple cups the employee charged me 6 single scoop $16.14 and only discounted $2.69 the value of one scoop. We were argument about how discount works even the coupon said in black n white. Employee told me the coupon deal for only 1scoop discount and that was completely incorrect. The employees supposedly tried to contact the owner and said they were going to have the owner contact me the owner still has not contacted me after several days. Then I again show the coupon to the employee stating it was good for BOGO up to triple size. Then employee said I don't and only give one scoop for BOGO free.
There is another GOOD ice cream shops people can go please do not waste your money at this shop.
That was bad idea to try use coupon at this shop. I will never go back to this...
