UPDATE BoJangles went above my expectations to make the situation right!! Very much apprecated.
Placed an order online at 3:30 for pick up at 4:00. Arrived one minute early - walked in and no one was to be seen. After a few minutes a young man came up to help me and another customer who had come in. I told him I was there for a pick up. He pulls my order and takes it back so they can start making it. I thought the point of ordering online was so it would be READY when you arrived. Not here apparently.
I watched the person in back make my order. He was VERY slow. Part of my order was a grilled chicken club - he did not put bacon on it but wrapped and unwrapped it 4 times. Sandwich and biscuits were ready finally and I asked the employee who helped me in the first place to check and see if bacon was on the club sandwich. It was not so he took care of it.
At 4:20 my order was finally ready. 3 biscuits, a sandwich, fries, bo-rounds, and drinks. Way too long to have waited for an order that was placed online at 3:30.
I get home and disperse the food - 2 of the biscuits didn't have the pimento cheese that was an add on - extra money. I ordered 2 pepsi's and 1 tea - received 2 teas and one pepsi.
I called the store to ask for a credit/refund due to paying extra for things I didn't get. The girl who answered the phone asked if I had my receipt - I did on my phone. I asked her what she needed off of it. She tells me nothing - that I can come back and get what I'm missing. I told her I'm not coming back tonite. She said next time I come there I can get what I'm missing. Didn't even ask what I was missing or what the problem was. WOW (must happen a lot)
Not sure who the current manager is but this kind of thing wouldn't have happened a couple of years ago. Orders were correct and received quickly. They weren't busy. A couple of customers were in the dining area and a couple of cars went through the drive through. There appeared to be...
Read moreThe only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because the food was fresh and delicious. Well worth the 5 min pull up for them to cook the chicken. However a certain female employee had a very bad attitude, she walked out and handed me my kids meal for my daughter but had forgotten the other part of my order, I working in the food industry understand mistakes happen , no biggie. However she gave me an attitude and acted annoyed at the fact SHE didnt bring me my whole order, and proceeded to walk away huffing and puffing. So after that I got out of my car thinking I'll go in that way she wont have to come back out , maybe she is having a bad day. I proceeded to reach for the rest of my order smiled and told her thank you. All she did was look at me rudely and walked away. I let that go because once again maybe she was having a bad day. However in the restaurant you can hear the people ordering through the drive through and walking out someone was trying to order and said " uhhh" like he was confused before placing his order and the same girl that had been very rude despite my kindness yelled out to everyone " UHHHHHHHHHH" making fun of the man placing the order. In my opinion this was very embarrassing to the company by this point, she didnt even care her dining room was full and I wont mention her by name since this is the internet and I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt maybe she is special needs, has Tourette's or something, you never know, however yall should definitely talk to the staff about how they should treat customers. I love bojangles and go all the time, however I definitely wont be back to this location. My first and last time going here, I'll stick to my original location...
Read moreI ordered a family meal because I was feeding a crowd. The last few times I went, they have left 1-2 things out, so this time I unpacked it on a table before I left to make sure. They just left out a biscuit and some sauce, no biggie but I wanted to make sure everyone at home got what they requested. So I asked about it as politely as I possibly could because I try really hard not to offend people who work in food and retail. I know it's hard, the hours are long, and they encounter rude customers all the time. But the employee looked at me in disbelief, then counted the biscuits as if she didn't believe me, didn't say a word, seemed annoyed, turned around and added the biscuit. Then had an attitude when she asked what sauces I wanted. I'm thinking to myself like dang I'm sorry I'm not trying to be nitpicky I just needed those sauces and biscuits because people specifically requested them. The food was great as always though and the store was clean. It's just after several times of getting home missing part of my order it starts to be like I'd rather just go somewhere else so I don't have to go back up there every time to...
