Steak-Out — Restaurant in Huntsville

We have been satisfied costumers of this location. Regretfully the wrong choice of employee to be taking orders has really make us think twice in ordering food from this place again.

The guy who took my order was not professional, polite nor interested in our business or even taking the correct telephone number or street address. It has been 2hrs and I just got food delivered. This could have been avoided when I call one HR ago to check on our order, the same person answered in a disinterested (and now familiar) tone of voice asked for my name and said "your order it's on it's, way" but didn't check for telephone number or address.

Definitely the wrong choice of employee to be taking care of customers.I have to say the deliver person (Cheryl) was very apologetic and super nice the same way she has been always. My experience today would be a ZERO stars but that wasn't an option.

UPDATE since my posting I received a phone call from a manager of this establishment to apologize for the issue yesterday, and assured that a meeting was conducted with all good customer service employees about phone etiquette and accuracy in orders. You used to be able to consistently count on good service and good food at this location. However, lately something has changed. They have been forgetting stuff-a salad here a dressing there. Last night was the worst. They forgot an entire entree, plastic ware, the wrong salad dressings, only one sour cream, no straws and the cheeseburger was not cooked correctly. Luckily my husband realized before he left the store the entree was missing. They made him one but it was not a large tip like I’d ordered. He didn’t realize all the other stuff was missing so we had no dressings, nothing to eat with, nothing to drink with and only one packet of sour cream to cover 3 baked potatoes. The food was good, meat was a little tough but it tasted good. Tatianna took my order and seemed very confused and couldn’t keep up. She would repeat my order and I would say no that’s not right and I would correct her. Obviously it still got put in all wrong. She needs more training to say the least. It’s a shame to pay $68 for a meal and it turn out this disastrous. I guess I’ll have to check everything before I leave...

This is isn't a complaint, so don't take it as such (hence the 5 star rating). The last few times I have tried to place an order I've gotten a busy tone. The first time this happened I tried calling for 15 minutes and ended up pulling into the parking lot and just placing the order in person. The second time I tried a few times and decided not to wait. My suggestion is a call waiting type system where you can wait on the line until someone can take your order. I understand they are busy and in no means am I impatient, I just don't want to keep calling and getting a busy tone each time I call... or having to order in person when I get to the location.

Aside from that I eat at this location 1-2 times a week and the food always taste incredible, and the staff are very friendly. Most of them do their best to remember your name and greet you as such when you enter. This is service you normally don't receive at other places which keeps me...
