Furniture Factory Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Huntsville

I can describe Furniture Factory in Providence, Huntsville, AL in one word. TRASH!! The last three times we’ve been there (always give places a couple of chances), we’ve waited 18 mins or longer for anyone to acknowledge we were there. All three times, we were the only ones outside and when I finally got up to ask if we should order inside, there has been no other customers inside. So you will wait a long time for food even if you are the only customer. When I went inside to ask, the waitress was sitting at a table looking at her phone. She did know we were there as my husband asked if it was ok to sit outside with our dog. My husband could see the bartender as he sat outside and visa-versa, so he knew we were there. Horrible, old and frozen food and looks like it has been thrown on the plate. EVERY waitress has either been rude, distracted, a combination or both, or lethargic at best. This place needs to be moved to the ghetto. There is nothing admirable about it and it is a shame because it is a prime location. To management, I say, please fix this!!! .This place is great for entertaining and the vibe is awesome!! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere here us nothing but enjoyment, fun and entertaining!! Too bad I cannot say that about the food.. I don't recommend anything but the fries. I recently (and I do mean recently ) ordered some food...chicken fingers and fries. It was nasty...The main issue was the chicken fingers...we started eating off of one when we got back to the house...and couldn't stand the taste. It was like eating a batter of salt, not to mention they smelled like old grease.. The fries gad a similiar tast but not as strong as the chicken.. We tried calling since this morning but they wouldn't pick up the phone.Here it is 1543hrs and they still don't bother to answer. Kept the food so they ccann smell it and taste it for themselves.. Hopefully, someone will respond to this review... I don't think I'll be going back.. Also, why charge more when someone is paying with cash? I don't get that.. my bill went up when I mentioned I was...

The blonde bartender with the glasses was more interested in talking to her friends instead of serving drinks. She was upset that I didn’t tip up to her standards on the first round of drinks, which the male bartender fixed and did a decent job. So I go for second round and she fixes the worst drink my friend has ever had and gave me a double of vodka in a condiment cup. I said I got a double in a glass the last time and she said since I tipped so poorly that I’m stuck with her now. I told her to take that sauce cup back where she got it from and she charges me $6.66 for the worst drink ever. Where I was charged 6.50 for the same drink earlier she up-charges me to 6.66 which is obviously the mark of the beast but oh well. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all because of the poor service from this woman. I have receipts if they would like to respond I’m ready to discuss anything they would...
