Soooo I too have given them several chances. I have had consistently wrong orders, been made to wait up to 20 min in drive thru and dealt with rude employees. However, I would like to point out that night shift is the absolute worst. The older ladies in the morning are super nice and I have never had a problem with them; however, the night shift is an entirely different experience. This last trip has been my last. I pull up to the drive thru window around 7 pm on a Tuesday night. The person asks me to wait and that's fine. 5 min later, I again ask if I may put in my order. He again asks me to wait. So I decide to pull around and park and head inside. There is not a single person anywhere near the counter or in the kitchen. I can hear voices back where I suppose the fridges are. I call back several times for someone and no one responds. Finally there is a man in the kitchen. He looks up and proceeds to go back to what he was doing. Then another guy walks around to the drive thru window area and I ask them if they are even open. He looks at me, shakes his head and proceeds to laugh at me. Sooooo yeah. Hardee's will not be getting my business anymore. And I will let everyone I know who goes into that one exactly...
Read moreWhen we first moved here several years ago, we would occasionally enjoy the chicken tenders or a malt, and those were consistently good - and the location is 5 minutes from my house. But something went wrong, and has been wrong now for quite a while.
The fries, instead of being fresh and crisp, are soggy or rancid. The malts are hit-or-miss, and the two most recent sandwiches I had attempted to eat (a burger over 6 months ago, and tonight the chicken club) were awful. The burger tasted off, as if spoiling, and the texture was dense and tough. The chicken club I ordered today was flavorless, hard and rubbery - seriously. The bread and the bacon were both soggy, and the fries again mediocre. I thought to give this location another chance since new management took over (supposedly) but it wasn't worth it. I wasted a pretty penny on nasty food, some of which was thrown away rather than being eaten. I've once again contacted the corporate office to let them know of these failures, but I think we're truly DONE trying to eat this food. I don't eat much fast food, due to quality and cost, and now I will be eating...

Ok simple solution I’ll park come in and pay. Wait what? The doors are locked at 7:39am in a Friday? So I can only pay via wooden nickels at the drive thru and the only alternative you have given me is not an option for a unknown reason. Ok at that point could you not have lifted your little reader up to the window and let me tap my phone to it? I see the cord is long enough. We live in the most technology driven city in the country and y’all can’t figure out hands free transaction through a drive thru?
