My boyfriend went August 12th at 12:40 in the morning because we were craving the newest chicken sandwich they were advertising. He was greeted by a rude woman working the ordering screen and was told immediately to come to the window after he tried to tell her our order four times. She then made him repeat the order while she was writing it all down by hand and was repeating the amounts for each item from the ordering screen and then asked what kind of sandwiches it was and he told her and she yelled to the back to make sure they had those. He was repeated a price off the piece of paper and she had told him twice it was cash only at that time like the system was out. He paid 24.99$ for large fries, two apple pies, 2 buttermilk style chicken sandwiches, 20 piece nuggets, double quarter pounder with cheese, THE ONLY EDIBLE FOOD WAS THE FRIES AND APPLE PIES AND THE DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE. I don't understand how we ended up with two buttermilk chicken biscuits instead of the sandwiches and the CHICKEN WAS ICE COLD INSIDE BOTH BIBISCUITS, NUGGETS WERE COLD INSIDE as well and we only got 16 nuggets in the 20 piece. HE DIDN'T GET A RECEIPT FROM THAT WOMAN and when he asked for the right amount of sauce with nuggets she got super pissed at him and told him all he couldhave was 3. I HAVE CALLED BOTH THE STORE AND THEIR CORPORATE NUMBER AND LEFT MESSAGES and yet no one has gotten back to either of us. Why would a reputable drive through not offer any sort answer and just give us our money back or just make us the right food when its all on camera and he can point out the woman that we believe stole the money from the store and gave us cold food because the workers were all in on it to make cash that night. I hope they get back with us because 15$ of cold chicken is not much to replace and was quite a bit of money to just throw away for us. I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE ORDERING LATE THAT YOU WILL GET COLD INEDIBLE CHICKEN AND NOT GET A RECEIPT SO NO ONE WILL BELIEVE YOUR CLAIM. Read moreWhen placing an order here you need to be VERY specific as to what you want. The drive thru has the habit of having the order from lane 1 on lane 2s screen and vice versa so that as your ordering you can NOT verify what exactly is being wrung up. So if you order the "3 hotcakes with sausage" be specific or you will get 3 orders of that item, even though on the menu it is literally labled as was in the " ". Had this issue happen to me today. I then get up to the window to pay and after paying and getting a receipt was able to see they over wrung me. Get to the pick up window where a manager is and explain the issue. She takes my receipt and debit card and walks off to fix the issue. The guy at the window then tries to hand me stuff and I tell him no, that isnt all of my order. He then ask me to pull up to station 1 to wait. I refuse till I get my card back. Recieve that back then from the manager on duty and then get given my drink and told to go to station1. I go to station 1 and wait. 7 minutes later another guy comes out to give me food and it's JUST the hotcakes. Nothing else from my order. I ask where the rest is. He takes the reciept in with him. 4 minutes later the manager comes out saying she is being told that I got all my stuff earlier. I state no and that she is free to check my car if she wishes and explain this to her. 6 minutes later the rest of the order finally shows up. If the woman that was taking the order to start would of just paid enough attention to her screens and allowed the customers to actually see what they were being rung up for majority od the issue would of be solved. The folks of the drive thru really just need to pay more attention in general.

Read moreWhile I rarely visit any other McDonald's locations my scope on their service protocols are limited, I do go to this one from time to time bc I work within walking distance... That being said, this is absolutely the slowest location I've ever been to. A simple single mccafe drink order can take upwards of 10-13 minutes from the time your order is placed. Frequently when I've gone in midday, they have no one at the register to take your order and instead of acknowledging that you've been standing there for more than a minute/sometimes five without being greeted, the staff & mgmt just look at you and keep walking (or worse, just standing!). The last time I caved and walked over to get a latte, I was there 19 minutes and it took more than 5 before anyone came to take my order.. This particular person apologized for the wait, and I'm not one to be very rude or pushy with people that handle my food/drinks so I patiently waited for service and thanked her for her acknowledgement of my time waiting, but I am not shy about saying that this location has been this way the past 7 years that I've worked close enough to visit and they don't appear to keep the staff that ARE helpful or quick.. Which I get bc who wants to work in that kind of environment, but this location specifically just has consistently bad, slow and rude staff/mgmt... So I don't think it will change anything to leave this in depth review, but hopefully this can help others & anyone reading this could save time in your day by skipping this location and trying another that's closer if you just have to have your McDonald's fix is all I'm saying....
