I have always been satisfied with the location here and I must praise one of the lady managers Kierra who remade my regular crust pizza this past Thursday Jan 28th, 2021 for me as I came back to pick up as my previous order seemed like thin crust. She was very helpful and patient with how she helped me and I sincerely apologize for how I seemed to get impatient and frustrated a bit with raising my voice as I didn't mean to earlier when trying to clarify something and when the phone signal was a bit unclear. Chuck one of the drivers is amazing and rocks with usual great hospitality. Love them and the hard work they do! Thank you all truly for the hard work especially during these times. My family and I love Papa John's and y'all.
Earlier today on, I came in to pick up my pizza order, but noticed nobody was wearing a mask as we are still in the pandemic? Other establishments will continue mask wearing among employees, customers and suppliers even after the state mask mandate is lifted on April 9th, 2021. It would be expected that masks are worn for safety and comfort for all as part of best service. So, is it best me and others go to another Papa John's for business...
Read moreVery rude and lazy staff. The assistant manager on a Friday late afternoon was so rude when I had an issue the price after attempting to order online. Basically I was told either she could order it and I would lose my points or I will just have to pay the incorrect price. No compromise, no real solution. Then one of the cooks had to tell her she could call the online customer service number which she responded by a loud frustrated "hhhhhuuuuhhhhh...". She called rhe number and then passed me the phone for me to talk to the customer service rep. While I was standing there another customer called to complain about the delivery person giving them a pizza that was smashed. Her response was "well is it edible?" What??? The the delivery person showed up and admitted that its a possiblity that she didn't have the pizza level in the car while dropping it off. Anyway, for a simple problem such as fixing my price and still honoring my points it took an hour for me to get my pizza while standing in the store. The manager on duty that day was Latoria.
